They pressed me on toasting the sandwich to which, I initially refused as I generally do. After I arrived at my dining location, I discovered why they wanted to to toast the bread… The bread was NOT FRESH, in fact, most of the bread was as hard as a rock. This was my first, and last time to patronize this location. Had I checked reviews before, I would not have visited this store. If you take some time to scroll the previous reviews, you will see several years of 1 point reviews over recent years. None have an owner response… they don’t care at all, and no obvious intent to improve service.

I usually don’t take to leave reviews unless it’s an amazing or absolutely terrible experience. This is truly the worst subway experience I’ve ever had, I went for dinner on 9/22. The staff member did not seem to know the basics of making a sandwich or portion amount. I got 3 slices of turkey and enough mayo for 4 sandwiches. The sandwich was not edible. Please train your staff

4th time I've been in for lunch hour and the 4th time it's only been 1 girl on staff. Poor thing. What awful management and no wonder Subway is going under. Subway will be out business by 2030 guaranteed.

Manager or Hispanic dude was rude. Quiet, not welcoming and didn't feel like a great environment when I walked in.. I should have read the reviews before coming here and wasting my money. My meatball sandwich was dry n meatballs looked about 2 days old. Ugh!!!!!!!

Awful this new employee is absolutely awful.. just walked out of there since he decided to raise his voice on me.. Asked for whole wheat bread… he said they didn’t have it.. opted for italian herbs thats when he insisted on white bread and raised his voice…
Don’t come here. The woman working there was extremely condescending and rude, even though I was very polite to her. She made snide comments about my order (which was a very basic order) as I was checking out.
