Food made my stomach hurt. The sandwich preparer was not friendly. She seemed to have a silent kinda attitude. Lettuce and spinach were both wilted in appearance with the lettuce having some kinda browning on it. Must not have been as fresh as you all advertise.

I used to like this place since its so close to work for lunch, but had to leave this review due to my past 2 orders. I usually order the same titan turkey footlong, but normally they put a decent amount of turkey. These past 2 online orders were literally just 1 layer of turkey. Im going back to the subway by south 336 as they always so friendly and make the sandwiches right.

The food is great, and most of the staff are friendly, professional, great. However I'm writing this review because a recent experience I had. One of the staff who was making my sandwich had a very strange attitude while taking my order, and she seems to have some very bad hygiene.

As she put the topings on, he scratched her arm, over my sandwich. She also reached up and wiped her nose with her hand that she was using to make my sandwich. When I asked her if I could have a cup for water, she declined and told me no, we don't have water cups. I asked politely if I could use a regular cup for water, and she sternly told me no, I will have to charge you.

Overall I left feeling a bit uneasy about my experience, having watched her scratch her arm, and wiped her nose with her hand while she was making my sandwich. Aside from that, the cadence and manner of which she was speaking to me left me with the impression that she was on some sort of heavy medication.

I love subway, I come here often, and every other staff member has been great. Whenever I walk in to get a sandwich, I just pray to God I do not see her behind the counter. I commend every other staff member for their great customer service, and professional manner.

Made me repeat everything three times because his manager was speaking Spanish to him while I was trying to make my sub. Usually the best subway around but I have words for the trainers!!

Went here on 8/19/24 at like 9pm for a doordash. Door was locked. Place was a mess. Young Hispanic kid said they were closed and that their freezer "blew up". He let me in and gave me the order. Then kept arguing with me saying they were closed. Don't recommend coming here at all

So I’m not from this area so I came today with a coupon not knowing how these coupons work so I decided to walk in and I was approached by a Hispanic older woman rude as hell she came off like very very unprofessional. I came to show her the coupon and she goes I don’t need to see it, and proceed with ordering again has she popped back off with an attitude again and she goes well I need to see the coupon first so I’m like you know what I don’t have time to sit here and argue with this damn employee that has no kind of respect at all and we decided to leave get no food or anything for lunch so I needed something to eat, but corporate needs to know about this woman and this woman doesn’t need to be working there at all. She probably doesn’t need to be around customers. She has no damn customer service at all and subway corporate office will be hearing about this. This is very unprofessional. I try to even call the location. Nobody picks up the phone , this lady does not need to work that go to Subway. I don’t wanna go if she’s coming back if she’s gonna be there. because

Worker is on the phone and doesn’t wash her hands before putting gloves on and proceeds to make a sandwich. Other worker handles money and doesn’t wash his hands before putting gloves on. Disgusting.

Very unprofessional when it comes to correcting an order made. Shame on me for ordering through the app but the manner the two employees acted in was unacceptable. My wife and I had ordered two sandwiches that turned out to get mixed up with another order because they were definitely not ultimate BMT and turkey and ham by far. They would not correct the order and we mentioned trying to contact the store and even come up just to lock the doors 15 min before close.

They shrugged their shoulders and said we don't have a number and told us the next time order in person. As we were walking out to contact the bank one the African American workers who claimed was the "Manger" stated "Stupid people shouldn't have come here" Well goodbye and good day subway and hello jersey mikes or firehouse lol. Yes a small time employee or manager as he claims really puts a bad taste in your mouth towards the company especially racism. I have emailed a complaint to corporate you two so best of luck keeping your jobs you obviously do not care about but your future is grim with a funk like that towards working in any company. Don't like your job then find a new one it's simple and don't take it out on customers it's not bright.

Came into this store, it was clean so that’s a plus. But what sandwich shop doesn’t have lettuce. The lettuce they didn’t have ruined the sandwich, for a subway not to have lettuce is ridiculous. They also didn’t have the size cup I needed, so I was forced to pay more for a bigger cup when I won’t even drink it all. Probably won’t come back to this location, all because of lettuce.

Theres never anything I can complain about when it comes to this subway, for about a year I ate here everyday for lunch and now over 3 years later I'm still coming here for the same order. Awesome place, awesome customer service. A good quick cheap lunch for anyone looking for one!
