Ordered online,went to location 3 minutes up road to pick up my food. Returned home to discover bread so hard and stale that I returned to ask for different bread. Was told my sandwiches could not be remade. I asked again and was told no. I then asked for a refund and was told no. The employee became hostile due to her being told she is serving old stale bread. I told her I was recording her,which I was and did. She then told me to wait outside while she remade my sandwiches. I told her I would not wait outside ,I was a paying customer and would wait inside for my food I had already paid for. As she remade my sandwiches she had my receipt and asked for my credit card I had used to pay online. I asked her why, she stated I was not charged correct. That infact I was over charged. I told her she could keep it for a tip that I just wanted my food that I paid for so I could leave. She gave me my food and told me she was keeping my receipt. I said that was fine but would like to take a picture of my receipt and was told no. I asked again telling her it was my receipt and that I needed a picture or copy. She was screaming mad scaring me to tha point I felt threatened and was shaken. I was able to get tha credit card info tore off receipt and she then stated she still had all my credit card info that it didn't matter if I took it or not. I told her to have a blessed night and proceed to leave when she started taken pictures of my vehicle with my daughter and grandchildren in my vehicle. I have already reported this to tha BBB as well
Last time going to this location. The worker seemed like she didn't like her job and didn't want to be there...and the sandwiches showed it. They were sloppy cheese and toppings just thrown on the bread! Sad nobody cares anymore and it shows.

We always come in to this location. Today there was a woman we have never seen work at this location. She had an attitude from the moment we walked in. When we would tell her what we wanted on our sandwiches she would not comprehend and we would tell her in both English and Spanish. When we asked for extra spinach she only added 1 leaf of spinach claiming that's all she was allowed to add. I told her to stop with the attitude and add the correct amount. Atleast a second serving. She would with an attitude add another 2 leaves. We never had this type of issues with any other employees that have helped us here. I told her that if she had a problem with adding the spinach she could upcharge us for the extra serving. She tried to say something about us underneath her breath and I informed her that I heard her and understood what she said in Spanish to the other employee.

I'm never going back, flies everywhere over the food, and the guy there was super careless, I prefer to drive elsewhere next time. One thing food places don't understand if you have a sandwich place, you pick the condiments don't deny them just because they are for a certain sandwich. Super bad service.

I have been calling over and over to cancel my order I placed at the wrong location online and noticed right away I called immediately and still calling and no one answers the phone .
When they were adding mayo to my foot long they ran out so there was barely any on there. I politely asked if I could get more she then proceeded to pour an insane amount after I said thank you that’s enough 2x. She then started to grin and giggle. I ignored it and said thank you when it came time to check out I asked to scan my app for points she rolled her eyes scanned it and then said “no” and I said it already scanned can I just pay now and then she called another lady over and that lady started speaking to me in Spanish and when I said I didn’t know Spanish I’m so sorry she started to laugh and question me for not knowing it. I kept saying I just need to pay I’m confused. Anyways I finally was able to pay, but that was the worst service I have ever received before.

Never consistent, missing the double meat and double cheese that I paid for. Wrong kind of bread. Wrong kind of chips and wrong kind of cookies. Ridiculous and disappointing after spending so much.

Asked for my sandwich to warmed up not toasted, they toasted my sandwich anyways, I wasn’t able to eat my sandwich after this. Complete waste of money!!
The place was dirty. The young boy let a fly land ony sandwich three times and wanted to serve it to me. When l said maybe you should wait to serve other customers while you are already waiting on other people so this does not happen. He said l don't care what you think. I said you should listen to your customers. He said l don't have time and l don't care what you think.
This subway neglected my service when the store closes at 10! It’s not the first time this employee closes early.
If I could give this subway review -5 stars I would.

Went to Subway at noon on Friday. There were no customers, and now I know why. The server acted like she could not understand me and proceeded to not give full portions of filling on the tuna sandwich. My salad was mostly lettuce and very little toppings. Will not be back.
I made a mobile order due to the fact that they indicated that they were not taking cards just cash so I place a mobile order. Now after I placed the order and money came off my card now their internet is down and I can’t get my food. You guys open at 8am if you machine was down you should put up a sign ahead of time letting your customers know that your internet is down and accepting cash only. This gives your customers time to search for other options.
Lady who took my order and made my food was very nice and professional. Doing everything herself with multiple people walking in at closing time.
They won't give you extra on any veggies. You are only aloud 3 pickles on a six inch sandwich and even if you offer to pay for a charge for extra veggies they refuse it. If you ask for a manager they refuse. Your girl just wants extra tomatoes and pickles. Subway has been going down the last few years but this is the worst. I won't be going there at all anymore.
Not sure how you're going to be out of BREAD at lunch.... at a sandwich shop..... but OK😡
