Husband had to repeatedly tell the employee what he wanted on the sandwich. The bread on my sandwich was dry. The service needs improvement. I don't think we'll be returning.

The guy that help me I didn’t get his name but he wasn’t wearing gloves and he definitely didn’t know how to even make a good sandwich it was not even loaded with alot a meat and when I asked for bell pepper he just gave me three and I had to ask for my as well as jalapeños. I would have been better making my own sandwich. He was very pilot though I give him that.$12 for a sandwich like that not worth it.

Ordered an Ultimate BMT Italian foot long. They did not cut it in half. I had to tear it in half because I did not have a knife. they did not use the ingredients described on the website! Only one slice of cheese, no vinergrett, no peppers, No salami or pepperoni, barley any ham! A tiny bit of lettuce. EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED. 😐

Both hispanic/spanish employee's working evening shift on the 26th of August were incredibly rude, unfriendly and gave major attitude while making our food. Rolling eyes and whispering into each others ears. Sandwiches were disgusting... like they purposely made it terrible, because they obviously hate their jobs! By far the worst Subway I've ever eaten at. Please hire different employees/staff or you're going to continue to lose business!!!

I went to this location on 23 August Friday around 6:30pm. There was just one girl at the counter who made me my sandwich. Just before she wrapped it, the sandwich and the wrap fell on the floor. I asked the girl to remake the sandwich and she looked me dead in my eyes and said that the sandwich did not touch the floor. I should’ve not paid or insisted on making a new one, but I didn’t. That’s my fault, but the service is very bad in here. I threw the sandwich as soon as I walked out. I am guessing that I shouldn’t have to fight for something that should be a norm!!
