My overall experience at this particular location was not a very good one from customer service experience to the quality of food.From the moment of entering the store both workers Elma & Alma didn’t greet me nor my son. The energy in the establishment was very not welcoming. They made eye contact with us at first and then avoided eye contact or any interaction. I waited a good 3-4 minutes in line with no other guest in the restaurant before being asked “What would you like to order”. I ordered 2 sandwiches 1 foot long turkey sub and 1 footlong breakfast sandwich with egg. I asked for both subs to be toasted when I received both sandwiches they were cold even the egg was still semi frozen . They placed my items in the toaster but failed to use the correct toasting settings. I ended up tossing the sandwiches once I noticed that the meats and eggs weren’t warmed after already applying raw veggies and mayo to the sub.At the end of my visit, I went to my normal subway location to have my meal remade to enjoy.I did have the opportunity to speak with the GM Maryuri Alema who was thankful and very receptive to my feedback about my experience on how to improve their overall customer experience and quality of food service for future clients.At the present moment I cannot recommend this restaurant as a place to patron. Hopefully, things do turn around for them by improving their food quality, their customer service and their overall atmosphere.

The extra star is for Jocelyn, just ordered via walk in. I had a hard time remembering the difference between white bread and Italian. While what seemed to be a "manager", handled me impatiently.. Jocelyn came out and helped me as the manager handed me off. She had a poor attitude, no patience,.. Jocelyn should be the manager.

They try to throw it together any kind of way they do lack of training maybe but I'm here to assist and keep it cute. Half a sub requested Turkey Ham and Bacon. Toasted of course and put all my veggies on the side I will assemble TY Much. Younger staff members from what I see and will not sell the sub bun a la carte for nothing other location do. Not a bad experience though I can dig it.

Do not order via app at this store. They make it a point to not put all ingredients, especially the ingredients like avocado. I have confirmed this with a couple of different orders from this Subway location.

i hate to be the one to write these especially when i know everyone situation is different but to treat a customer with such disrespect is uncalled for. i arrived at subway around 9:56 to get a 6 inches sandwich for my wife, ONE SANDWICH. the store was closed... though they close at 10?!? i tried to walk in just to order but the door was locked and i was greeted by this young lady through the window as she was an employee with an immense amount of attitude for no reason. i ask politely tired to sign to her i had at least 3 minutes before closing , she proceeded to say we are closed. . as i tried to ask nicely again i was told again in a rude manner no we are closed. and i was completely ignored as she'd continue to close the store when I still had time to order. not only is this terrible to be treated in such a way but also the owner of the this location is losing money by not giving good customer service. i say there till 10 o clock and just completely ignored me.

Ordered a meatball footlong online, wife brought it home, bit into it and nearly threw up. Opened sandwich up and literally dry meatball onside stale bread. No marinara sauce and no cheese. So I drove 5 miles back to the store to ask them to remake it. I asked the manager lady if she could make me something different because the other made the meatball unappetizing. She rolled her eyes and said "that's what I figured you'd say" she rolled her eye and looked at the Hispanic gentleman next to me in line and said something to him in Spanish. And at that point I simply said look, just give me my money back now. She said she was manager but said she couldn't give me a refund. She called another Manager at home and she said no to refunding me the $7.49. She then grabbed my sandwich bag out of the trash can and handed it back to me and said there's nothing they can.

The changes that subway made sucks. The Mexican lady wasn't friendly. She only smiled and interacted with other Mexican people. She acted as if we annoyed her. Will now be returning.

Staff has a poor attitude, not helpful with questions I have, and mumble behind their masks so you can't understand what they are saying. Signage is lacking, so I couldn't remember which bread I wanted. No problem, they gave me the wrong one anyway. Skimpy on the veggies, but not shy about wanting a tip.Just googled other subways nearby, even though this one is a block away from me.

I ordered online. A footlong buffalo chicken sandwich, the one with extra protein, with bacon, pepperjack cheese, pickles, lettuce and tomato with extra buffalo sauce, salt and black pepper. I picked up the sandwich and took it home to eat. After trying it, I noticed it tasted funny so I looked inside the bread. They did not include the lettuce and tomato, no big deal, but they added cucumbers and peppercorn ranch. I called them on the phone and was told they made it according to the receipt. I checked my receipt and they did in fact make it as the slip stated. So, to see if I had made a mistake, I went back online and entered the exact same sandwich but canceled it before I paid. When I looked at it that time, you have to look closely, the system once again added cucumbers and peppercorn ranch.The employees there did not care to hear that the online system made an error and they refused to replace the sandwich with one the way I wanted. I strongly suggest you do not use their online ordering system. If you do, review your order carefully because they do not believe in taking care of customers.
