Me and my boyfriend just got home with our food and our order was wrong, I don't understand why it's hard to make a sandwich right. The bread was wrong on
one and didn't have what I ordered on it and my boyfriend didn't get everything on his sandwich either. It's Monday around 9 pm so you should be able to find out who was working and retrain them cause they obviously need to be retrained. Ridiculous

Absolutely love pretzel no salt and churros. First time ordering here very disappointed. Able to watch food made. Somehow pretzel and churros were hard as drum sticks. Didnt know until I went home and hurt my teeth. Pretzel burnt and churro burnt. And tooth hurt. Cant afford to waste food nor gas so dealt with it.

No bread was ready , Cookies were old and hard .. just not a good experience..
All I wanted was to sit down and eat my lunch hopefully have decent food ... I got neither

Ok- this place is going down hill. These people should not be allowed to be SubWay owners.

I would honestly just go to any other subway way out of my way to avoid this one.

Esmeralda is absolutely Wonderful!!! I hate to leave a review before even eating! Great customer service and very fast and efficient while under pressure. When we walked in she had 5 guests working a lone shift and she absolutely rocked it! Thank you so much Esmeralda!

Ordered a sandwich through the app, paid for it, waited for the app to say “ready”. When i got to the store, they said they never got the order.
After looking at my phone and confirming the location, they asked me to “resubmit” but i am not paying for a mediocre sandwich twice. They told me they would not make me a sandwich, even after showing them that I paid for it.

The only reason it is getting one star, is because I can’t give zero stars. I went in there today to go get lunch, and the lady that was working and cutting the bread, turned her head in the direction of my bread and coughed. That is absolutely disgusting more so while we’re going through a pandemic. It is flu and Covid season and she coughed all over my bread.
