So I normally always go to a different subway and they are great ,the ones located on Davis at ,I made the mistake of stopping at this one on the loop and definitely won’t happen again .she was so rude and when I asked for the side of dressing she said that was the serving .the rudeness that lady had like if you hate your job so much don’t work there .zero customer service skills .i also told her I was allergic to onions and she put it on there I had to tell her to remove it and she clearly didn’t like that .

It ain’t too often I go out of my way to leave any review. I don’t know who this newer lady is at this location, but if I walk up to you and tell you the tea is bad don’t look at me like I’m stupid. Y’all got fruit flies all over your damn drink machines so i can’t say I’m surprised. The fact that your tea is bad a few hours after opening is actually kinda crazy.

Absolute terrible service. The lady working seemed as if she hates her job. I observed her being rude to the customers in front of me, then came my turn. I gave a smile and was very polite bc I thought maybe she was having a bad day. I inquired about the jalapeno cheese bread, she told me they don’t have that at this location, no problem, I’ll take Italian herb and cheese, her response “we don’t have that either, it’s still cooking.” I responded “no worries ill take whatever you have handy. She literally rolled her eyes. I asked for extra chipotle and she got an attitude about that. I asked for pepper Jack cheese, she gave me American, I didn’t anything. This was the first and last time I’ll be coming to this location.

Service was A+ considering the long line of customers. Shelly, whom I've never met and do not know, was apparently by herself March 1st as she quickly took care of her customers. I like to write positive reviews for deserving employees who go above & beyond like Shelly. She was kind, courteous and deserves recognition from upper Subway management for handling a large crowd all by herself.

I ordered the Boss Sub and asked for the herb and cheese bread, the guy serving me said that bread was still baking. it was literally pulled out of the oven before my sandwich was done toasting. then when he asked what i wanted, proceeded to tell me they were out of cheese that is listed on the menu for this sandwich. Tell people before they order, this sandwich was horrible, the bread was tough and was definitely not worth spending 9 dollars on a sandwich and chips. i would have gone somewhere else. #0816 failed epically.

Rude lady working during the night shift, looks like she doesn’t wanna be there, gets annoyed if you ask her anything, really bad experience!!!
I came in on Sunday around 11am on June 30th and the service and food was absolutely AMAZING! The staff member working there was super nice and you could tell that he took pride in making sure customers are satisfied. I would highly recommend this location. It’s SUPER CLEAN!
