I placed a mobile order for two 6-inch subs and one footlong.
When I arrived, the employee didn’t greet or acknowledge me. Not a huge deal, but she was chatting with a friend at a table about weekend plans while finishing my order. She then told me I could “grab my two large fountain drinks,” but it wasn’t clear where they were. After looking around, I realized they were behind the register and again, not the end of the world, just confusing.
After leaving, I checked my bag in the car and noticed I had three 6-inch subs instead of two and one footlong. I went back in and explained the issue, and she duplicated another six inch to match the missing portion right away and apologized, which I appreciated.
Unfortunately when I got home, all three of the sandwiches I ordered were completely mixed up. Wrong breads, toppings, and sauces all on four different sandwiches. It honestly seemed like everything got jumbled together. The store wasn’t busy, so I’m not sure what happened but it was disappointing given how simple the order was.
I’ll also note that I got food poisoning from this same location about a year ago, so I really wanted to give it another chance since its very close to my home. After this experience though, I don’t think I’ll be returning anytime soon. :(

This is one of the BEST examples of a REALLY GOOD SUBWAY as they are all supposed to be! The management is clearly on task and the workers are great because all the vegetables are fresh, the bread and meat was great also. The tea- yes they ACTUALLY HAD FRESH AND DRINKABLE TEA, was not sour and had dates clearly on them. Many subways are too lazy to make fresh tea. Why eat a healthy sandwich and drink soda!?? Might as well eat junk food at fast food place if so- The workers all had great attitudes and the store and bathrooms were very clean! You can taste the difference!!! Highly recommend- go to this location and you wont be disappointed!

Ordered a footlong tuna, got home with dry crusty bread, about 1 oz of turkey, and paid 18 bucks for this and extras. Tried to call the store and someone non english speaking answered and hung up. AWEFUL EXPERIENCE!

So I had a coworker ordered food ahead of time. 4 subs with drinks and chips. Coworker goes and picks it up and brings it back just to find out that A. They didn't even fill up my drink all the wayand didn't have any ice in. Cup was literally half filled. B. They didn't give us our chips. Also the multiple times we have ordered from this location they usually don't bother giving us either of the these things so Ill give them a D for trying this time but still very much unacceptable behavior.

2nd time in 2 weeks, sandwiches were ON POINT!!! VERY happy with quality of sandwiches and they were ready when promised...both times were early evening. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I don't know what goes on in this store but they're very unprofessional, I just found a black sharpie marker rolled in the wrapper of my sandwich, I've had multiple issues here I don't understand why. It's not a difficult job I've done that type of work so I know it's not that difficult. They need to find better employees cause this is ridiculous

I usually have good experience at this location. But this time it wasn’t that great the 2 that helped me were dirty the make line was also dirty . I waited almost 20 minutes for one 6’’ the sandwich was burnt to a point I couldn’t eat it the only thing I could eat was the lemonade I got the Kroger deli would have been a better choice this time around . Normally I don’t have a bad experience here but this time I did

There was a nice lady named Addy that helped my mom order her sand which with a nice tone the whole time it was my mom’s first time at subway. Will go again.
