Ordered 2 footlongs online One toasted one non toasted -both were extra toasted where the ends were super hard, Ordered extra meat on one got no extra meat and Didn’t get the right cheese didn’t look very pleasing either, I was really craving subway but after this doubt I’ll be back for a while

It is unacceptable. I need the owner to answer me as soon as possible since the manager who is there did not help me at all and hung up on me and does not answer. The person in charge is not at all professional.

Terrible. Every time I order delivery they forget something, this past time was THREE drinks and a bag of chips. So I figured next time I'll go in person. Customer service sucked and they were out of so many things. Definitely not going to this one anymore.

These nachos look and taste nothing like advertised 🤢 don't order this mess
Our sandwhiches were BOMB. We went to a different Subway about 2 weeks ago and the sandwhiches were terrible. Skimpy on the meat, over toasted/dry, and the order was completely wrong. So we came to this location and let me tell you, we were so happy with our sandwhiches!! A young worker named Fernando made them, and he took his time and listened to how we wanted it them, he was a true sandwich artist. We had to make a review!! We came in last night, and he made our night, so we gave him a $12 dollar tip. Thanks Fernando!!

Disrespectful vibes in this place. Also will not even make a sandwich like other locations. Sprinkle of cheese vs a normal amount so you have to keep asking for more when it’s the equivalent of normal. Workers don’t even work they are just spread out at tables eating. Speaker phones on talking to others loudly.

I have never been fond of this location, I usually go to the one on the north loop 336 n 45, just because the food is better. I made an online order and went on my lunch break and OF COURSE all 3 sandwiches were not made to order. We paid for extra meat on the steak n cheese and there literally wasn't even enough to cover the bread. All bread. The other one lacked all of the extra ingredients and was loaded with one that we selected less of. I tried calling the store and of course nobody would answer. I knew better than to go to this location. Very disappointed.
