Sprinkle of cheese vs a normal amount so you have to keep asking for more when it’s the equivalent of normal. Workers don’t even work they are just spread out at tables eating. I have never been fond of this location, I usually go to the one on the north loop 336 n 45, just because the food is better. I made an online order and went on my lunch break and OF COURSE all 3 sandwiches were not made to order. We paid for extra meat on the steak n cheese and there literally wasn't even enough to cover the bread. All bread. The other one lacked all of the extra ingredients and was loaded with one that we selected less of. I tried calling the store and of course nobody would answer. I knew better than to go to this location. Very disappointed.

Skimpy ass sandwich. Had to go buy mayo to add to the sandwich because the lady couldn’t follow directions. The hotshot Italian is supposed to have double meat and cheese. It doesnt. I’m not pleased at all. I tried to politely correct the lady that worked there and she just gave me a dirty looked and shrugged her shoulders. I much prefer the younger girl that worked/works there because she’s polite and actually listens to what you tell her.

horrible service I did a pickup and got home opened my sandwiches and everything was wrong. So sad cant be make a sandwich correct and put the correct items and i was missing items. I called and the lady was so rude and didnt want to help. suggest you spend your money elsewhere.

Can't even make a online order right ain't like they be too busy to fix a mistake. This location is probably the worst one I have experience in Texas so far. If you order ahead and pickup be sure to check your food before you leave!

Worst workers 2024 and very slim sandwich and no greeting
I was going to get a sandwich because it was one of the healthier options late at night. I have not been to this location in over a year so I expected something to change. The restaurant was the same except where the meat and cheese are there is a metal dome that makes it to where you can't see the quality of their product or what they are doing. There is no chart of what they have either. I guess you just have to know the menu or your screwed. The girl seemed new as she could barely tell me what they had for meat and cheese. Then the tiny sprinkles of lettuce and everything else started to irritate me. They should be able to make a decent sandwich and not act like it's going to kill them to put some vegetables on the damn thing. The sandwich looked like a dollar menu foot long when she was done and cost $13. I wouldn't recommend for the hassle.

Waited 5 minutes 2 ladys up front. We were completely ignored we even told them we were ready. An they didnt even Acknowledge us. Another person walked in and they immediately greeted him and took his over us after standing there for 5mins. The Staff is rude and inconsiderate. Guess you have to be a man to get waited on. Wouldn't even waist your time.
