I went into the Subway at 1488 and 45 this week and I had to wait five minutes before the manager came out to make my sandwich. I asked for a little bit of ranch and she overloaded the sandwich with ranch. She didn’t listen at all she already made the sandwich before I saw what bread she pulled out She got the wrong bread i’m pretty sure she was the manager very disappointed in the service. She had an attitude the whole time and she didn’t even give me my correct change. And I over heard arguing with the employee that she had with her .

GREAT SERVICE LIKE ALWAYS FOOD WAS VERY FRESH AND RESTAURANT LOOKED VERY CLEAN AND ORGANIZED FROM WHAT IT WAS BEFORE DEFINITELY COMING BACK MORE OFTEN!
Kid-friendliness: Employees are very friendly and polite my son always gets the kids happy meal he really enjoys coming to this location after his games.
Ordered food from them through door dash and the only thing that was right with the order was the receipt with the order description. Both sandwiches made very wrong.

This Subway is by FAR the worst I’ve ever been. The employees here just sit on there butts with no regard of customer service even AFTER she is told by her associates co-joined in the Circle K. When finally asked twice we were finally helped out with disrespectful snarl attitudes.

The lady that was there when on Monday 1-4-21 has a wonderful memory knows what I put on my vegetable sandwich knows I what it toasted, cheese.I do not go every day just every once in a while.Plus she has a quick smile and is actually happy to work! She's definitely a keeper

Twice I have gone there for sandwiches and found the Sunway closed 15 and 20 minutes before their stated closing time of 7Pm. The person working there stated that she had to have every thing put up and wiped down by 7 PM as ordered my her manager.

If there is a minus star I will put, the lady who works there has issues. She makes me wait for the customer in front off me and the one before me be which does not make any sense. So I left mad without being serviced because I don't have time. Anyway subway chain should at least know this when they hire people like her.
