Never go to this subway again, they DO NOT give refills and they were very rude. I am a daily consumer of this subway chain and it is the first subway where the manager from India told me that this establishment DOES NOT give refills... DO NOT go there to consume so that they feel that we, the consumers, are the ones who feed them.

Had to ask the ladies if they were ready for my order because they were just staring at me. Didn’t have basic customer service and lacked complete communication skills. They never asked what I needed or what I wanted on my sandwiches. After asking me how many more I needed and replied with two they just laughed and spoke amongst themselves before getting to my order. The service here was completely awful.

I was standing in line waiting behind a customer being served. The older lady finished her item and turned away from me to wait on the Mexican guy standing beside me. He told her I was next, she screwed up her face. I said it's ok I am not working and he is. But after she finished with him, she asked the gentleman who just came up for his order. I said to the man it's OK when he protested. When she finished with him she told the other employee something I could not hear and walked off she did not wait on me. The other young lady made my order. I was getting food for a friend who had fallen and I was sitting with her. I would have left on the second snub but I had to get back to my patient.

Super stingy with the condiments ,don’t bother stopping there ,go to the next subway and you won’t be displeased .
The lady who serves is a very gentle Latina who has been working there for 10 years. And there are many times that he works a double shift because his replacement does not arrive.!!
