Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Service was poor, we waited in line WAY too long, and the young lady working the window was rude and continuously overtalked me. And when I got home, my order was incorrect!!!!

Terrible staff! Tried to order on the kiosk, payment failed, said to go to the counter. I stood at the counter for about 5 mins with my wallet and card in hand, clearly displaying that I was ready to mach a purchase. The staff completely ignored me. They all looked at me at different points, but never once was I acknowledged by anyone. So I left.

I placed an order online, very simple but it took some time. Lot of employees but also mostly just standing around talking. I waited and waited for my drink since I guess each employee has their own specific task. The tables were all dirty and had to wipe down a spot to sit.

I don't know about the food went in waiting for someone to take my order but nobody every came to the front. Since they have the machines to place your order but I want to pay cash and drive thru had a long line. So now I see why everyone goes thru drive thru and not the front.
Horrible customer service from the staff to the want to be manager Ericka. Went thru the drive thru and sat there for those 10 minutes after I paid. the cashier keep passing by the window looking at me but not bringing my order. I went around parked and went inside and ask for a manger and one of the associates said she busy but I will get her!!! (That should have been yes mama I will get the manager.) Well when Erika came out (looking mad that she had to come out to help!!!) to the counter, she just looked at me not saying anything ( LIKE HOW CAN I HELP YOU MAMA) so I had to say I would like a refund she never opened her mouth she just walked over to a resister and gave me a receipt with the refund NOT asking what happed or anything. NOW I SEE WHTY THE SATFF IS THE WAY THEY ARE RUDE!!! BECAUSE IF YOUR WANT TI BE MANAGER IS RUDE AND DIREPECTFUL WHAT, DO YOU THINK THE SATFF IS GOING TO DO. DONT BOTHER GOING TO THIS LOCATION HORRIBLE CUTOMER SERVICE FROM THE STAFF DOWN TO THE WANT TO BE MANAGER. NOW I SEE WHY THE REVIEWS LOOK THE WAY THEY DO.
I can't say anything about this Taco Bell but I love Taco Bell. My son told me the prices were super high and they aren't just super high, they're astronomical. Unbelievably high so I won't be going there until they get reasonable.

i went through drive through right.. and me and my mother were getting food since we were literally starving, this old lady was helping us and when we got our food my mom asked if my doritos locos tacos were in there TWO TIMES to confirm and the lady said yes TWO TIMES, key word TWO TIMES and yall STILL managed to get my ORDER wrong bc does doritos locos tacos and cheese pull up sound similar😭 NO and when i tried calling ab it apparently yall busy ..
