They are super slow. I think it is funny that when I pick up a order through drive through that they make me wait at the first window so it doesn't run up their drive thru time and they get good scores and times. I think that is cheating the system a little.

Always filthy. Food all over the floors & everywhere else in the back. Dining room always nasty. Manager & general manager very rude. Always out of everything. If u ask for the number to corporate they will not give it to you. They say the corporate number is the same as the number there. That corporate will not do anything anyway. They never get orders right & if u say anything they get an even worse attitude. Something needs to be done about the one on frazier street in conroe. It's awful.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!!! If I could give zero stars I would. Every single time my family orders from any Conroe Taco Bell it is ALWAYS WRONG. Every time. But this particular establishment is the WORST FAST FOOD RESTAURANT I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN 34 YEARS Five times in six months we have ordered from this establishment and received SOMEONE ELSES ORDER or else just completely missing items! Not only that, but they refuse to refund us online or on the phone. We are a household of critically disabled handicapped people and we rely on delivery. This store is full of untrained, incompetent layabouts who have zero respect for others. I have never felt so INSULTED. Literally scammers.
