How do you run out of lettuce? My taco was very sad, I got about 1 tablespoon of meat and 1 teaspoon of cheese. 99% of my taco was the shell.

I have to give 1 star to leave a review....else it would be a zero! Please close down this spot! I got fries with cheese and nachos with cheese. The cheese was thinner than water!!!! Chips were stale. I asked for extra cheese on nachos. Didnt get that either. Toppings were a ton of refried beans and a total of about 1 TBSP of beef only with scant amount of watered down cheese. It gets worse...then I ordered 2 chicken enchilada butritos, and 1 cheesy double beef burrito. I didn't realize ordering a chicken burrito only meant a ton of refried beans with rice and a little cheese. Why call it a chicken burrito? At first I thought they made the wrong burrito by mistake but they both were this horrible tasting way. Then the beef on was the same except there was about 2 spoons of a sour tasting meat inside. Not what I am used to tasting. It tasted spoiled and so I only ate half the nachos...tasted and then put the rest right in the garbage 30 bucks wasted!!!! I went on Sunday 1/26/25 @ 1145 ish. I say that so you can thank the workers then of loosing a customer or 2.

The service here is awful, they hire the kids that come from across the street at the highschool and they dont know what they are doing. It seems like the turnover rate is so high theres new people there everytime i go. Missing order notes, 45 minute wait time in the drive through and dine in. The only good thing is that this place is newly remodeled

Wind here for a late night dinner on New Year’s Eve, and was told although we had three orders to place at one time they would only be able to accommodate two of them. What kind of restaurant does not want to make money especially on New Year’s Eve? And then we get our food they act like they’re stoned out of their mind.
I stopped to use the bathroom. Womens door wide open, ok. I go in to realize there is no tp in one stall so I go to the other. A small roll was hanging there. There is no soap in the womens bathroom either. I go to the counter and see someone walking up to tell her. She blew me off to "serve other customers" as she and her manager Lynn, would later tell me. I see someone walking around the counter, she states "I'm the manager," and just keeps walking, as I am trying to explain to her the situation. I'm so glad she cares about how she treats people, much less, her patrons. One, they weren't busy. Two, if there is no soap in the womens bathroom and all the employees are women....put two and two together.

Ants all in the window in back right corner. Ants got on table and in food. Cinnamon twist tasted like burnt old oil mixed with chemical. Most horrible experience I've ever had. When I mentioned the ants to the 3 workers I was told okay we will let them know to spray.
Maybe it’s because of the time I go but I’ve come here several times. They had plenty of chances to screw up like some of the other Taco Bell’s however they have been great to me. Just went through the drive thru about 30 minutes ago and I appreciate the effort tonight, whomever is training these night crews, keep up the good work.

I specifically drove to this location and they are closed like 4 hours before they should be. And this is not the first time this has happened. really sucks, because the other taco bell in town is worse.

My daughter and I went at 12:20am. They were supposed to close at 1am. The workers were very rude and told us that all the grills and fryers were off and we couldn't order almost everything on the menu. I would give them zero stars for service but 1 star is as low as I could go.
