Came here drive through was backed up and was already sitting there for 10 minutes, decided to come inside to find it even more crowded. Order and waited 10 minutes for them to even take the cash and get drinks then waited 30+ minutes to get the food. Guy at drive through window was so high he could barely stand up straight mentioned to manager and she covered him saying he is just tired very messy and trashy overall.

Woman on headset was impatient and kept cutting us off when we were ordering. Assuming she was the same person at the window and the same thing. I’ve worked in fast food management for years and customer service is apart of your job. Every time I come here the Dr Pepper is out, and yet the employees still give it out to me. You can tell the soda is a lighter color and yall know it’s out. Management do better.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but this has happened more than once. I ordered four items, including two drinks, and everything showed up on the screen before pulling up to the window. But when I got my food, one of the items wasn’t on my receipt or in my bag. It seems like they either didn’t ring it up or removed it. On another visit, I was given cold food. Very disappointing, please do better!

This Taco Bell used to be one of the best in Conroe. For the last 3 months we have waited for our food for 30 minutes only to have it be Luke warm at best. Hope y'all get it together soon.

Tried to pickup a to-go order in the drive through. Waiting almost 30 minutes in line to get to the window and still not have the order ready. The smell of marijuana from the window was pungent which isn’t abnormal for Taco Bell, but upsetting nonetheless.

This was a mixed bag. Placed a pick up order 45 minutes before closing. We arrived 40 minutes before closing, waited in line and were told it's too late for pickup orders. The first staff member just gave us a gen z stare until we decided to ask for help from someone else. Just wanted to recreate our order directly but instead were told to drive through the line again. With all the hassle we ordered 4 burritos for 18 dollars. Kind of definitely a rip off and a sour taste in our mouths.

Probably the worst location I have ever stopped at. Short handed or not there should never be any reason to neglect dine in customers just to keep drive-thru orders moving. Over 30-40mins waiting for an order to be made while being blatantly ignored standing at the counter. Rude employees when asked for help
