Dinning room was filthy. No napkins. Dirty bathroom. Employees just playing around. New chicken quesadilla was mostly tortilla no filling. Never go back there again.

I haven't been to this location in several years. Thought I would give them a shot again. First of all, the service is slower than molasses. Spent 30 mins waiting at the drive thru for maybe 6 cars in front of us. I hope the unenthusiastic employee who threw my food together in some unrecognisable mess gets some much needed rest tonight. I probably won't be back.

Staff is very unfriendly always rushing customers through drive through to order .having your back turned infront of the window is a big no no they shows a sighn of unfriendliness .then my order was wrong and didn’t even receive a receipt the manager was decent enough to replace my order.the girl in the front was very rude as well forcing me to throw an order away that I stated that it was wrong . I also standard procedure for the team members to take the food away that needs to be replaced and throw it away themselves not the customers. What’s the point of paying your hard earned money to a business who employees does not care at all.I will not be returning that is a slap In the face

Nice staff. Always courteous and order was correct.
None of my food was made right or well the soft and crunchy tacos were all tortilla didn't even have enough warm meat to melt the cheese and my burrito had a smaller tortilla inside the burrito tortilla effectively making it just tortilla and sour cream yall wack do better if I wanted to see jokes I'd watch Netflix not open my taco hell order ?EDIT: their response was the same thing they've been telling everyone else. Oh, we will "do better." Yeah, right for months, yall have said that on here

Nothing but rude and outright completely unacceptable.. from the way she talks to customers etc… my wife try’s to be nice and basically got her food thrown at her in car not to mention order was completely wrong to begin with…
No matter how you order, doordash or in person. They do not know how to read or listen, my order is wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME. They just do not care at all.
