This has to be the worse Taco Bell in existence. I waited 15 minutes for my order in the Drive thru. Two people came and checked on me. One asked for payment again. They other told me they must have forgotten about my order. While they made 3 door dash orders. There was a line of 6 cars behind me waiting. After 18 minutes I juat asked for my money back. That was a challenge for them too.

This taco bell sucked the A.I kept taking stuff off the menu and then they forgot my beefy five layer burrito and that hurt my soul because you know how good they are and they still they charched me.

I went to this location on 242 this past Friday. I ordered on the kiosk, not one word from the 6 workers as I stood at the counter. I asked who appeared to be the manger why no one was speaking to the customers. He said that’s all the restaurants now. I will not be going back to this location, nor would I recommend it.

Went through the drive thru and order came out wrong. Went back thru the drive thru to correct order and the order was wrong again. Went inside to get refund and the manager argued with me about giving refund. Finally refunded my order, but the staff was extremely rude and confrontational. Avoid location.

2 years later and STILL this location is a 1 star rating, wouldbe negative if Google had that option. Did a GrubHub order and had missing items. Thank you GrubHub for making it right! This store needs serious intervention from Taco Bell corporate. On a side note...the 2 cheesy chicken chalupas are a joke! A toddler wouldn't get full from them and at over $7.00 it is robbery. At least the nacho fries were awesome. Definitely worth the drive over I45 to go to the College Park location.

I stood there for 5 min at the counter waiting and all I got was a side eye for standing there. I asked for no lettuce on my tacos and they put light lettuce. They didn't prepare my drink even though I ordered ahead of time.

I work close to them, so naturally, I go here a lot.
Some days, I do get tired of the regular menus, and I end up doing lots of customized orders; despite that, my orders have never once been wrong, and every staff I interact with has always been friendly and helpful. 10/10

Seems like the customer service and employees keep going down hill. Placed my order online. When I arrived to the store there was no employee to be seen, not in the front or in the kitchen. One employee came out the restroom didn’t acknowledge us and just went to back and disappeared. Finally after waiting a couple of minutes workers started to come out from back and asked us if we were DoorDash, advised employee no we placed an online order and provided name. She only gave us our drinks and said the rest would come out, she then moved on to the next customer. Multiple people came in to order and as we waited we noticed they were getting their orders prior to us so we went up there 2 additional times the worker said sorry for the wait and gave us a bag. As we opened the bag we noticed it was not our order, took the bag back up to the counter and one employee asked what was wrong and just went to grab another employee, she again asked what was wrong and she looked at me like I was to blame and gave the order to the correct customer. Mind you it was already touched and they still gave it to the other customer. After asking again what the name on the order was she tried giving us the drinks for the order but I informed her we already received them as we had come up to the counter multiple times. She looked around and found our order just sitting there, after letting her know it shouldn’t have taken this long she goes to the kitchen and starts talking to another employee and they make it visible to stare and laugh. It took 22 minutes to get our order after going up multiple times. I know it’s a fast food restaurant I don’t expect 5 star customer service but do the bare minimum of your job.

Taco Bell is pretty much the same everywhere: delicious food, average not too nice but not rude fast food workers, and a pretty mid cleanliness level and ac temperature. Here’s a review of my most recent visit though:
The kiosk option where you can enter a code from the taco bell app into one of the computers makes for the most simple and efficient rewards/ordering process of almost any other place, and when you order from the kiosks, the food is always ready very quickly. This time, the food was hot, fresh, and made perfectly, with the cinnamon sticks ACTUALLY HAVING CINNAMON (a once in a lifetime occurrence). I didnt interact with the workers but they seemed very focused and pretty friendly i guess.
