How do you completely mess up an online order, doesn’t make sense

Today was my second time going through the drive thru and both times my order was wrong… I called multiple times and NO ONE EVER ANSWERED, ridiculous! I will never go back!

Deadass they’re so cool. I hated Taco Bell and I came here and haven’t stopped. Just get regular bean burritos but the staff is super friendly always. I go like every day

I don't know why I keep coming to this location. I trust too much and think it's all there. I hate checking for items while I'm leaving. I like to pick it up and get out of the way. I'm always missing a lot of items. No one answers the phone. And half the time I'm getting soggy tacos. SMH. I've learned my lesson.

The dining room was empty, but all of the tables were dirty. The drink machine had hardly any drinks that weren't flat. Brought it up to the employees, and their response was, "Nothing we can do about it," and just walked away. Would definitely not recommend this location to anyone.

It's always some bull going on at this location. The staff never know what's going on up front and they miss something out of the bag it never fails in that Drive Thru. The 2 guys working the night shift clearly running the operation daily rushy rushy. Your personal lives will be there when you clock out. Some Training adjustments needed for sure. They just throw anything out the window too. I have to be demanding or my orders would just be all types of messed up.

Ordered online and still had to wait upwards of 20 minutes in line (they were not busy). While they got my order correct, the tacos and crunch wrap were soggy and lacked the appropriate amount of meat and cheese. Although it is fast food and I don't expect much, the taco bell a bit farther down the road does a much better job.
Went today to purchase a gift card it’s Christmas how do you run out of gift cards!!!

So fed up with this Taco Bell location!!!Ordered from here many times and many times they forget 1 taco or mix an order up. THIS TIME they didn't put 3 different taco items in the bag,No Sauce AND meat was COLD!!!!Seriously this place needs better supervision & better service.Disappointed ?

Guy handled my food with the same gloves he used to clean up the floor after a spill at the window.Girl is pretty rude, always talking on her phone while you're waiting for your food. Thinks bc it's in Spanish nobody knows what she's saying. It's super rude.

Why do we keep trying?!! ? went thru drive thru just now. Spent about 25$, ordered some the fries they have, fries were all cold both orders and we had just got them… WTH gotta do better guys…. Tacos ? crunchy same not bad.. wasn’t worth the hassle to get off over 6 bucks for two fry, had get home…
