Taco Bueno rocks. I worry this location won't make it because it's always empty. The dining room has really cool seating options. I could see myself sitting in here and playing board games or dominos. I wish more people knew how good the food is here compared to other fast food Mexican restaurants.

Just spare yourself and don’t come here. Got my order wrong twice and tried to serve me a burrito with unmelted cheese ? I asked them if they could fix it and they just put the burrito on the grill, so then it was more of a bean quesadilla rather than a burrito. The employee at the counter also had a horrible attitude.

Glad to see a Bueno open in the area. A little rocky when they first opened but every visit since then has been enjoyable and the orders have been correct. 08/2024 Update: Since my last review the service and food has been up to the Bueno standards I remember of my youth. It's always a treat to stop by and grab a bite to eat.
This taco Bueno was absolutely filthy all windows were filthy inside and out. The vents were dropping fuss. The front door was broken and would not shut. Witch made it very hot inside. Staff not friendly. Ceiling tiles with what looked like mold on them. Very unpleasant experience. Food was not hot. Very disappointing. I use to love Taco Bueno. But I will not be going back!!! Also don't get the strawberry drink disgusting. They are advertised thing they don't have. I'm am not a competitor I'm from dahlonega GA. Your restaurant is disgusting. Don't put it on some other restaurant.

Ate here the food is pretty good but the place is very rundown AC barely works. Bathrooms are disgusting. All the windows are dirty They seriously let this place go they should just shut the doors altogether. It’s an embarrassment.

Do not have any of the special tacos like the carne asada and cantina taco. The soda taste flat. Chips are stale. I ordered the party plate thing and open the package it looks like the enchilada was just thrown in there and food slapped into the tray. Disappointed.

I was a little bit worried about going here because of the awful things the review have said but I believe that maybe those people were just unfortunate to catch this amazing place on a bad day. I would like to start off by saying how the food was, it was amazing for tex mex fast food. Everything is fresh and the staff had told me that it takes a lot of arm work to make everything and I don’t doubt it. I ordered a beef muchaco, a cheesecake chimichanga, and a chicken rollup my favorite thing was probably the cheesecake chimichanga it was AMAZING. The staff was also very kind and patient and even asked what I prefer when it comes to food in order to get me something that I would enjoy, the place was nice when I got there but it does get dirty pretty fast from what I have seen while watching people leave and leaving the most horrendous mess. Overall I believe it’s an amazing place and maybe it’s not a preferred spot for everyone but I will definitely be coming back. (I recommend probably some name tags and some work shirts for the employees so people can know who they are because I honestly wish I could call out these amazing employees out by name)

This place is dirty. The floor is sticky, stains on the seats, humid and warm even if the humidity is less than 40% outside, dirty counters, and no lids for small nor kids cups. The food tastes ultra processed and is greasy as can be. The staff was impatient and talking about TMI stuff as well.
