If I could rate the service 6 stars, I would! I don't often find myself posting reviews, but when I get exceptional service like I did here with Devyn, I make it a point to give them the recognition they deserve. She did a great job of being personable with me and my table, while providing fast service. She is a great waitress who made our first experience with Tapped a great one. The food and drinks were also great, but I will request her next time we come in!

So I’ve been here a couple of times with my boyfriend at the bar and had great service at the bar always with Trey, he’s phenomenal. He talks about different drinks the food options he gives are amazing!I give a 2 star review because of a lady named Devyn that was our waitress. She took 15 minutes to ask what we would like for a drink. When I asked myself “where’s our waitress” I looked around and seen her sitting in a booth with a scruffy looking guy that was flirtatious and I assumed it was her boyfriend distracting her on work time. After I finally ordered my beer, we ordered the appetizer and it came out in time. That was fine, but then…..She walked over after I was looking at the beer menu, and then almost handed us our ticket not knowing that I was going to order another beer so I ordered another beer and she walked away and closed out our tab and tried to reopen it and made a face along with it. Overall, if I see my waitress just sitting in a booth with a man, let alone a sketchy little boy along with it, it really makes me question how much she cares about the job she’s lucky to have along with the people that would tip her well if she was good, but we don’t think she is waitress material. And I’m not one to be prissy or a petty person to leave a review until there’s a problem. I’ve never had a problem here until her.

Couldn’t have been any better. Haylee was so helpful with beer choices. She was spot on and knew so much about all the beers. Impressive! We ordered 2 different salads (huge) , wings and the pretzel all which were very tasty. Loved it all. Haylee—wow on great service, very attentive, polite and helpful the 3 of us had a great time and lunch.

Recently stopped in this place to grab a quick bite and have a beer with my gf and had one of the worst experiences ever. The place was practically empty, with only one two other tables occupied. When seated we ordered an appetizer and requested some samples of beer. It took about 20 mins for our waitress to bring us SAMPLES of the beer we requested. We watched her draft the samples and literally sit them on the bar counter after, while she talked to her coworker. It seemed she brought them over when she felt like it. After getting the samples and tasting them, the waitress never comes back to actually put in an order for beer or food. We watched her constantly check in on the other two tables and completely ignored us until having to be flagged down from across the restaurant by my gf. We immediately asked for our tab and left.
Patio was great. Server was outstanding. The chicken parm sliders were freakin amazing.
