We have came to this location two times to attempt to eat here, and after waiting for 30 minutes everyone was seated that came in after us. We were the last ones standing in the lobby both times. We have a 7 month old who was getting fussy, and I told them everyone who came in was seated before us. We heard “Bree” but we told her Breanna so we’re unsure if that was us. Another couple ran up before I could and they took them back. I thought well maybe theirs two. I spoke with the host, and she agreed they sat someone in our place with the same name then proceeded to take more people back leaving us in the lobby with our crying baby. We were the last ones and waited well over 30 minutes after being told 5-10 minutes. The other host came up to the front and were just talking about the situation looking at us with dirty looks. So we left - super unprofessional will not return. We live in Conroe, so this location is local to us, but we’ll continue driving to spring/Kingwood locations.

The rolls were so soft and delicious. I want some more! I ordered the 6oz sirloin medium well with the mushroom sauce & onions and shrimp. The sides I got were green beans and macaroni and cheese. Everything was delicious except for the macaroni, it was mid.

I alwaya eat in resturaunt but today wanted to order To Go instead - i just wanted to say that the customer service was amazing! Alyssa was such a sweetheart, she complimentrd my dress and asked me how i was! Right off the bat good experience. She confirmed my order with me before bagging it ans even gave me some extra TXRH rolls! 10/10 experience. Thanks Alyssa!
Front staff, kitchen staff, and management was rude to me when all I asked was did they have a bigger steak for me to pick. It was 7 and they already were running out and told me that’s all they had but not even in a nice way. Just treated me like I was a problem that just needed to go away. I would rather brave the 1960 location than come here again. Sad because I have been coming here since I was 15. Hate to see it has gone so far downhill….

In my Opinion
Management should supervise the service on take out orders. After waiting 10 minutes behind one customer the girl closed her window for no reason when I was next. I did not feel like jumping into another line as it was much longer wait time. The girl then reappeared to see if I was still waiting in line. Left and after waiting another 5 minutes she reappeared and finally helped me. I think she was hoping I would go behind a different line behind 5 people. Very unprofessional experience for take out orders.
