We start with a pile of our hand-cut french fries, we add the hoppy kitchen original Texas red chili, we then topped that with aged white cheddar cheese and freshly chopped red onions, served with a side of ranch dressing.
Bacon Cheese Fries
We start with a pile of our hand-cut french fries, we melt aged white cheddar cheese along with naturally smoked real bacon and top that with fresh green onions, served with a side ranch dressing.
Fried Mushrooms
We take fresh cremini (baby bellas) mushrooms, hand dredge to order in our own traditional beer batter, and fry them until golden brown and delicious, served with ranch dressing.
French Fries
Hand-cut fresh Idaho potatoes, that our chef cooks correctly to obtain a crisp nice outside, with a tender done inside. We have these available in regular (seasoned with only salt and pepper) or spicy, served with a side of heinz ketchup.

Rabbit's Spinach Delight Salad
Starting with a bed of fresh spinach, we add banana peppers, red onions, tomatoes, fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced cured, smoked all-natural carving ham dressed and dress that with extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and black pepper.
Cesar Salad
A bed of romaine lettuce, shredded Parmesan cheese, with crunchy croutons, served with Cardini's original Ceasar salad dressing. The sliced boneless chicken breasts are rubbed using an old family recipe, and then slow-smoked until perfect and juicy. Add smoked chicken for an additional charge.

A tangy garlic and herb cream sauce we make in house, topped with Chevrette cheese, spinach, salami, Kalamata Greek olives, red onions, and banana peppers.
Meat Lovers Pizza
This pizza has mild Italian sausage, salami, pepperoni, ham, prime ground beef, bacon, and double the cheese.
Super Supreme Pizza
This pizza has every ingredient we have in the kitchen including spinach, fresh mushrooms, banana peppers, tomatoes, jalapeno, pineapple, Kalamata Greek olives, red onions, Chevrette cheese, mild Italian sausage, salami, pepperoni, ham, prime ground beef, bacon with a pile of triple cheese (mozzarella, Chevrette, and pecorino Romano). It is a mound of food, the 16" weighs around 5 lb. the 12" weighs around 3 lb. it is a hoppy kitchen specality like no other.

A pizza piled high with spinach, fresh mushrooms, banana peppers, tomatoes, jalapeno, pineapple, Kalamata Greek olives, red onions, and double cheese (mozzarella, and Chevrette).
Pulled Pork BBQ Pizza
This is a hoppy kitchen original. We use our in-house BBQ sauce, add mozzarella and aged white cheddar cheeses, then add our pulled pork shoulder that has been rubbed with our special blend of seasonings then slow smoked to the perfect tenderness, we add dill pickles and fresh red onions which creates a real artisan BBQ pizza.

Base Cheese Pizza
This is what every build your own pizza is built upon. We hand-roll, toss our own homemade pizza dough that we make from scratch in-house. Then we add the right amount of our from scratch pizza sauce made with Italian San Marzano tomatoes and our own blend of fresh spices, we then add quality mozzarella cheese we deli slice along with a bit of pecorino Romano cheese for a fresh unique taste that is unlike any other pizza in town.

A real 1/2 pound of our hoppy kitchen pulled pork that has been rubbed with our own special blend of seasonings and slow smoked to the perfect tenderness, we serve this on a home-made toasted buttered brioche bun along with red onions and pickles, that is served with both a side of our in-house BBQ sauce and or our spicy striker mustard along with our hand-cut french fries (regular or spicy).
Sloppy Vito Sandwich
We begin with a full cup of our mild Italian sausage and combine that with another full cup of our in-house pizza sauce, and top that with 6 slices of mozzarella cheese, and pile it all onto a buttered toasted brioche bun.
Bratwurst Sandwich with Sauerkraut
Our bratwurst are made by our local meat market, then slow smoked to impart a smokey flavor, we slice these and serve them on a buttered toasted brioche bun piled with sauerkraut and topped with our spicy striker mustard.
Smoked Chicken Sandwich
We use sliced boneless chicken breast that has been prepared using an old family BBQ rub recipe and then slow smoked until perfection, we serve this on a buttered toasted brioche bun with mayonnaise, lettuce, and tomato.
Smoked Chicken Club Sandwich

We continue to use the freshest cold water wild caught cod filets that we can source! We portion these filets into 2 oz. portions, we hand batter each piece to order, using a traditional fish and chips beer batter. Each order is fried until perfectly golden brown and delicious. Our fish is served with hand-cut french fries along with a lemon wedge, heinz ketchup, malted vinegar, and chef's lemon, caper, beer aioli.
A la Carte Tacos Artisan Tacos
Choose either pulled pork, smoked chicken breast, or fried cod tacos; or 1 of each. We begin with from scratch corn tortillas, and fill them with the meat of your choice, then top these with freshly cut pico de gallo and our own avocado bomb sauce. Our pulled pork is a bone-in pork shoulder that has been rubbed with our own special blend of seasonings then slow smoked to the perfect tenderness, our smoked boneless chicken breasts are rubbed with our own special blend of seasonings then slow smoked to the perfect tenderness and our fried cod is the freshest cold water cod filets that we can source, hand beer battered and fried until golden brown and delicious. Add cheese for an additional charge.
Bowl of Artisan Chili
This is about an 8 oz. Portion of our homemade Texas red smoked beef brisket chili, which is topped with aged white Vermont cheddar cheese and chopped red onion. Our chili begins with an old Houston family chili recipe that dates back to the 1800 s; we slow smoke a beef brisket to use as our meat. This classic Texas red chili is a secret family blend of seasonings and spices that has deep complex flavors that finishes with a little heat. It is not hot, but it is a little spicy, as the heat varies some based on variances that take place naturally in different chili powders.
Frito Pie
A Texas classic, which is about a 5 oz. portion of our homemade beef brisket chili poured over a bed of original fritos corn chips, topped with aged white cheddar cheese and red onion.
Baked Potatoes
A classic baked potato, cooked in the oven whole, wrapped in foil. We unwrap them, and add lots of butter and chives as our basic offering. Add any of the above toppings to customize your potato.

Originally made in morrison's old corner drug store in Waco, Texas, the drink's unique flavor was a hit when it was first sold in 1885. Wade morrison, the drug store owner, named it "dr. Our party of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our delicious cheese burgers at Hoppy Kitchen. We especially loved the fresh homemade buns and freshly cut natural fries. The service from Flash was amazing. Flash was so accomodating making sure that our orders and everything was just right. We loved his behind the kitchen stories about the chef and the efficiently run kitchen. We will be back!

Our first time here and glad we stopped by. Very unassuming place, but Flash made our experience an absolute delight. He is very informative, attentive and personable. He went through the menu with us, ensured us the quality and freshness of their food. That is rare these day. We saw another table ordered pizza, so we will be back to try it. Their portions are huge and good price point for a quality hamburger. Make sure you meet Flash, he's amazing!!

The HOPPY Kitchen next to Copperhead Brewery in Conroe has a really good Burger with Fresh Cut Fries. Yall go give it a try if yyou haven’t already. They have good Pizza and Fish N Chips too.
