This place had soooo much potential. I have no knowledge of the previous owner, but I hope that someone with more of a hospitality/service background will reopen it.

I had the Icehouse burger, generously topped, perfect sized burger. Indoor and outdoor spaces, staff is pleasant. Events -went on trivia night, which was fun. Need to get back for steak night

Food was good, not great. A bit expensive too. Service was EXCELLENT. The hidden “service charge” really irritated me. I would’ve tipped more than the service charge but sliding that in there for a party of 2 is ridiculous. Also, the music is WAY too loud. Turn it down by 50% and it’d still be too loud, but better.

Went for steak night, Ordered steak medium rare, both came out medium well, asked for them to be remade but the company had already gone home for the evening.
Server was inattentive, had to approach the server many times to place additional drink orders. After order the second round we waited about 15 minutes, noticing our drinks were on the bar waiting to be served, the server comes over stating they have to leave for the night and if we were ready to close out. I mentioned if those were our drinks waiting for us at the end of the bar and she stated she totally forgot about them.
Don’t see myself coming back for the service, however the atmosphere outside may persuade me to come again if I can bare with a server only coming by every 30-45 minutes.
