I must say we were very pleasantly surprised! We were in a hurry, and hungry, so we decided to eat here before picking up a few items in the store. Not only did they have brisket options (lean, fatty and burnt ends) but it was actually some of the best I've ever had at any restaurant. The ribs slid off the bone, their mac&cheese, cream corn and Texas Torpedos were also delicious. The young lady behind the order counter (I wish I remembered her name) was an absolute joy to talk to.

We simply love this barbeque. We discovered their chopped brisket and it was excellent. That is about all we have had there. As for service, it is slow but friendly. It is located in H-E-B grocery store so the atmosphere is okay but not first date worthy.

Went last month my dad wanted BBQ after his Dr. Appt. I ordered a 2 meat plate brisket and sausage, received one piece of brisket and a sausage link. My dad ordered 1 meat plate and he received 1 piece of brisket and his sides. My dad was very upset for the price he paid, overpriced for portions that you receive.

The food was terrible. I heard it was such a great place to eat, but in fact, I asked for lean brisket and got 2 slices about 4 inches long, and 1/2 of it was fat. For the price it was a big disappointment. Really was expecting better, but they can't all be on top. Good luck
