Tutti Frutti Frozen Yogurt

Where do I begin!! It’s not the frozen yogurts fault it’s the staff. Young girl working there has zero clue what good customer service is. I tried using a gift card and she told me it was invalid. I was with the coworker who gave it to me, which she had the receipt from when she purchased it. She then told me to go ahead and pay then she would look it up 🤔. Well that defeats the purpose! She then proceeded to tell us to call and talk to the manager which she would not give their name nor could she give us their schedule. Honestly all I could do was laugh. I have continued to try to call to reach this manager, who never seems to work, with zero luck. Always told they will be in tomorrow but cannot be told what time or their name. Always same employee. Guess I just have a useless gift card. Sucks for my coworker who spent money on it. I mean you can’t make this stuff up! Needless to say I will never be back

Yogurt was watery and not good. Employees were stand offish and unkind. I was disappointed and will not return.

I got the strawberry & banana and mango yogurt. You can’t see the strawberry & banana in the picture because it’s underneath the mango. Both flavors were great! The mango chucks and blueberries were fresh! The toppings bar was very clean and organized.

This place never disappoints. I've been coming here since they first opened and since we've moved I make it a tradition to come here with my daughter when we come visit Conroe. The flavors are great, but of course, to each their own on their preference of taste. Personally, I love fruity flavors, and they have my all-time favorite, mango ? ?

Great Tutti Frutti location! Friendly staff Clean floors and bathroom. The table and chairs wobbled a bit as we ate, but we didn't care.

Hi everyone. I love fro-yo. This place has very good frozen yogurt lots of toppings. They use a chemical cleaner that takes my breath away it reeks when you walk in the door it took me months before I could tolerate it in there. I've noticed it in quite a few of the restaurants around town. Mostly the Mexican restaurants. I go in here about once a month I would go more but their prices have gotten quite high. I got some yogurt the other day and it couldn't have been maybe a third of a cup it cost $4. The help is very friendly and nice. Simple tables n chairs . It's clean . The restrooms were clean when I went in those a few times. Sometimes they have an awesome Taro yogurt that I love. I know that it cost a lot of money to rent the building and for the help but a tiny little speck of yogurt for $4 is getting to where I hardly go in anymore because if I get a decent sized serving it runs $6+. If you can afford it's fine.
