So I came for my first time since my boyfriend spoke really highly of this place. First we got our drink of sweet tea and complimentary hush puppies with pickled green tomatoes which were delicious. I’m typically not a fan of hush puppies but those were really good. We ordered the cream cheese jalepenos, which were also very tasty. For main dish I ordered the seafood platter with Mac and cheese and fries. Out of everything I ordered I didn’t like the oysters on the platter and the fries. Fries were a little soggy in my opinion. The rest was decent, the catfish was a little over salted and some parts were salted good. Not a bad seafood spot, but wouldn’t be my first choice.

Tomato bisque was amazing. I also loved the katfish and hushpuppies. Cameron was a great server. Saw him working hard rubbing gravy or something out of the carpet from the next table over. Beer only, no margaritas. Maybe wine, not sure. I would go agian and try some other of the fried appetizer items.

Pretty good. Sometimes the servers have an attitude (I get it, Friday nights suck). Good food, sometimes too greasy or over fried. I did not like the blackened tilapia. The country fried steak is just okay. The butterfly shrimp is delicious, and the hush puppies served with pickled green tomatoes are amazing. Fried Catfish is always a good choice.

Went here for my dad’s birthday and the food was fantastic and portions were huge. We had the catfish with several sides and all of them were great. Finished it all with the blackberry cobbler which is the best I’ve ever had. Highly recommend this place.
