To start I love Waffle House, all their food is great! And they have a star of a server named Trinity who I know goes above and beyond in serving and making sure people are taken care. I know she has worked by herself at times and is excited about it and does not complain. I would love to have her on my team and trust that Waffle House is taking good care of her. Keep it up Trinity and keep doing your best, I will be back to Waffle House and would hope to get seated in her section for sure!

I love Waffle House, but our server is not good at her job at all. We had Trinity, and she needs to be retrained. We sat down, she did not greet us at all. The first words out of her mouth were “Are you ready to order?” She didn’t ask us what we wanted to drink, but I went ahead and ordered my drink with my food. It took far too long to bring us our drinks. We watched her serve people their drinks that sat down after us. She was very careless with every customer she had. The people next to us had to constantly ask for a part of their meal that was missing. When we were finished eating, she did not clear our place and just left plates and trash in front of us until we decided we just wanted to leave. We will never sit in her section again. Waffle House, do better.
