Only reason i docked points is because the power went out. Obviously no fault of waffle house, but maybe an emergency candle would do to recover the mood ya know? Staff was awesome, food was good. Just remember to bring some cash in case the grid goes down :)

Food is always good. Servers always smiling and ready to serve. BUT.... Cassie has a serious attitude and needs to learn how to address her coworkers quietly or to the side and stop chiding them openly in front of customers. Or she needs find another line of work....

My first time to this location. Our server was extremely nice this morning. Extremely polite and respectful. Then the cook was top notch. After hearing our order, it seemed like we had our food within 5-minutes. They both welcomed us in as soon as we walked in, and made nice little comments throughout our dining experience. Thank you crew thay was working at 5am this morning (12/9/2025) great job! Food was hot and tasted great! Everything was exactly how it should be. Thanks team.
