The quality of the food I got tonight thru the drive thru was extremely poor. My wife and daughter were extremely dissatisfied when I got home and gave them their food.

The kid that brought my food out to me was wearing his plastic gloves he handles food with still on and touched the door on his way out and the way in... Wouldn't be surprised if the same happened when using the restroom.... really really gross, I've eaten here many times. The employees definitely have a serious attitude problem...

Worst Wendy’s ever, horrible customer service, who takes your order half a mile away from the register? We even had to
ask her if she was talking to us or to a customer in drive thru. She definitely didn’t want to take our order, also our order was incorrect.

Came to Wendy’s and used their restroom and accidentally left my keys at 11:30. When I tried to go back in the restroom was locked, and they told me they had no key. When I asked how they would get my keys, they told me that I would have to wait until the next weekday. I told them that’s simply not possible and they told me it was my fault the door locked and my keys were in there, pretty much telling me it’s not the problem. I called the supervisor and he told me that he would have the manager get tools to open the door, this never happened. Now they tell me I have to wait until 6:00 to get my keys. Not having keys to the door of your establishment is unprofessional and an absolute safety hazard. They do not care, and did not try to ease my mind at all. I hope they learn from this that they should keep keys to all the doors in the establishment.

Very unprofessional management at this location .
One of my employees took her lunch break at Wendy’s and also used the restroom after eating her meal and accidentally left her keys in the restroom and as she realized seconds later she turned around and tried to get her keys but the door was locked , she kindly asked the manager Lettie if she could open up the restroom because she left her keys in the restroom and the manager Lettie stated it was her ( my
Employees ) fault and she has to wait till Tomorrow because she should have not locked the door behind her ; she also did not want to call her general manager because They’re off on the weekends and they did not want to bother them again this whole situation and how Wendy’s management handled it was not

She was super inefficient with the situation and she acted as if she did not care as well as the whole staff .
After several attempts and a call to a different Wendy’s we were able to get Jorge’s ( general manager) number because Letty did not want to provide once We contacted Jorge and he as well was very unprofessional and basically said we need to provide the tools to unlock the restroom, and if we do provide them if the door was damaged while Trying to unlock it , then we would have to pay for it .
Wendy’s do better with training your management team and employees on how to properly handle situations like this .

Mistake in order delivery. When calling the store and tried to fix, the person in the store did not really want to deal with it. Don’t order here, you will not get what you want (and pay for!)

I waited 18 minutes for a kids meal and an adult meal while the place was almost empty and the staff was very rude, dismissive, and just worried about playing around with each other. I will never go back there

Ordered 2 crabby burger combos the charge was 26.00 I thought I misheard them when I pulled up to the window and confirmed it I had to tell them there is no way I am paying that kind of money for two Wendy's hamburgers I left and I will never be back. Rip off is not even a good description.

Absolutely skip this horrible place! Is the worst of the worst of the Wendy’s on earth. …. Usually anything owned by Haza foods is horrible and extremely mismanaged but this location is a point beyond. They won’t even acknowledge you at the drive thru and the food is never ready .. and when it is … is wrong and bad … give yourself a chance and go to the next one … you’ll thank me for it.

I'm not a big fan of Wendy's. It's the taste I can't seem to find yummy. Had a CK sandwich but the patty tasted like the frozen ones from the grocery store. Ordered the ck wrap and that ck also had the same flavor. There fries nothing compared to McDonald's or Whataburger. Maybe old grease. Frosty didn't even have the swirl. You have to serve it with the swirl.

Always slow! Drive through? Guess what you gotta park and wait a good 10 mins for food. It’s like they are surprised people are ordering food
