The employees handling food don’t wear gloves. I watched one of them open the entrance door multiple times to hand out food then walk inside and continue making food with no gloves on and without washing their hands. I then watched a different employee stick his finger in his ear then proceed to cook and bag fries with their unwashed hands with no gloves on. That’s disgusting.
This is absolutely one of the worse Wendy’s to exist! Sadly, you want to keep trying as a customer, but you still fail everytime!
This location specifically is a joke! The service is THE WORSE you can be the in person there and they still make you pull up, and wait 30
Minutes for a meal! They are rude. They rush your order while trying to order. Then when you pull up to wait, they don’t even kindly give you your drink to sip on while waiting, oh and don’t forget the part where they forget something EVERYTIME, oh wait, it gets better, they mess your order up too, annnnd the food is cold, fries are never fresh, It never fails. Why do I keep trying, you’re right, jokes on me!

This location runs fast and efficiently. A young man named Gabe elevated our experience today. I watched his attention to detail and care, and it carried through on that old school wendys taste.
I will return regularly in hopes of enjoying this level of quality consistently. HANG ON TO HIM!

I had in the past ordered my food, and took it home to eat. This time, I ate it there. It was so delicious! The food was fresh, and tasted the best!

We ordered Wednesday meals with spicy nuggets. The food was stale, and we didn't get spicy nuggets. The Wednesday frostys were incorrect for one of the Wednesday meals since it wasn't chocolate. The kid's meal had fries instead of apples. We also only received 3 Wednesday sauces when we should have gotten 4. It seemed like the Wednesday meals were made in advance because the kid's fries and nuggets weren't hard.

Went her with my kids for lunch. Ordered food just to find out none of the coke flavors worked. Asked for sweet tea, it was literally colored water. My daughter asked for lemonade. They said they charge for lemonade. There are no good flavored sodas to drink. The cashier seemed like he was having a hard time counting money. He kept exchanging money from a different cash register draw. The receipt said Edgar.I went back to order extra food. I have two receipts from two separate cashiers with the same name.

Every single time we go here, they get the order wrong or forget to give us part of our order. The last time, I was given the managers number and I called. I got the voicemail, I stated I wanted a refund and she never returned my call. Not a good way to do business in my opinion. This is the last time we will go to this location.
Last night the lady at the drive thru name Juany forgot our nuggets and didn’t get our order right and seems in a rush and was also rude. We tried calling the restaurant no one answers the phone.
I won’t be going to Wendy’s again. Literally bought the Asiago Burger and it looks like I bought a small cheeseburger. And for it to be almost $10? The pictures they advertise is not what you get at all. Kind of ridiculous. Save your money and go to McDonalds where you actually get bang for your buck.
The chicken is dry as hell, the bun falls apart like it is expired, and just horrible food.
Wouldn't give this location any stars. My family stopped at this location for a late lunch on 4/19/25. When we walked in, there was only one other family in the restaurant so they were not busy. There were no employees in the front so no one was covering the counter. We waited about 5 minutes before someone came up. She had her phone in her hand, texting as she approached us laid the phone down with the text in view and then asked if she could help us. We placed the order and sat down. The order came out and had no flavor except greasy fries. There was no thanks for coming in, not a care one about the customer. My husband went up to order a frosty and again there was no one at the counter. He called out for an employee, one rounded the corner from the back of the store to check a fryer that had been left unattended, saw him and called someone from the back to help him. Same woman as before. Employees were staying in the back of the store and on their phones instead of doing their jobs. We asked for the manager, but it happened to be the woman who took our order, so we didn't think a complaint would matter to her. We will never stop there again and I think who ever owns the store should rethink his employees. Do better Wendy's.
The quality of the food I got tonight thru the drive thru was extremely poor. My wife and daughter were extremely dissatisfied when I got home and gave them their food.
