I never leave bad reviews and I like Wendy's but this location is awful! Every single time I try again they leave something off our order. This time we were missing the fries. When my husband went back the young girl was so rude. Didnt apologize and acted completely inconvenienced. Obviously good customer service isn't a requirement, heck not even mediocre customer service is expected of these employees. Do better Wendy's and train these young people some customer service skills and hold them accountable. By far the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. I could completely look past the items and requested condiments missing, the container lids not being put on all the way but the rudeness and the entitled brattiness is unacceptable!

There were not many customers, and my order was completely messed up. Ordered large on 2 meals and received small fries. Also, I ordered the new sandwich with pretzel bread and got a regular bun instead. I now believe this is why this particular location does not have many customers. Suggestion: Try better training methods.

I needed a quick breakfast and as a result spent my entire day sick. Started feeling nauseous while still eating and within the hour I was throwing up profusely. I experienced pretty bad stomach pain and the runs like never before. I have ordered from here before and never had an experience like this but it was just awful this time. They also forgot the granola bar and gave me a small coffee and an attitude when I paid for a large.

It’s just a waste of time and money.Don’t even try to call to complain because the phone listed here and everywhere else I looked it’s for the store in Katy.

Ordered 2 Dave’s single burgers on the app. Went through drive thru and I was told to park for over 10 minutes to wait for the 2 burgers. They are slow!

We pulled up to the Wendy’s drive through on 12-29-23 around 7pm. There was a lady taking our order and she was rude and brushed us off. We asked her to repeat what she was saying and she proceeded to get louder with an attitude. She seemed annoyed or frustrated, definitely not on our account as we just wanted a few cheeseburgers. I can imagine this store looses money and customer satisfaction when this lady is at the register. We said bye and left to go to Chick fil A where we are always greeted with excellent customer service. Very disappointed.
