The beef and broccoli was inedible. The broccoli was mush and the beef was disgusting. The pan fried dumplings seemed as though they were actually deep fried, so were not good. The generals chicken was dry and hard and tastesmore like bell peppers than anything else. The hot and sour soup tasted like vegetable oil. Do NOT recommend eating from here.

I moved to Conroe a while ago and never found some good chinese food. I moved around thr North Loop & gound Wengs Wok on Google. The good reviews photos convinced me to check it out. BEST FOOD IN CONROE HANDS DOWN. The restuarunt looked nice and decor was pretty. The chinese music was enjoyable to listen to. Our waiter , i did not grt his name but was super nice, attentive and checked on my husband and i. Lots of options for food. The dishes came out and tasted WONDERFUL. The wonton soup was so good and resfreshing. I got the teriyaki beef plate and husband got the general tsos. Both had good flavor and presentation. We left with our bellys full thanks to God.
Most def coming back. The only thing i would suggest for the restaurunt is maybe an update menu. The black baclground and font on menu is a bit small and was difficult to read.

Other than the fact that the sides of lo mein are three times better than the main dishes of lo mein. This place is a top tier Chinese take out restaurant.

The food was fantastic! Stopped here after work one day when I was too hungry to make it home. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and taste of the food. Service could have been a little better but it was busy so I understand. Thank you I will be back.

I do not understand why this restaurant is not a five star complete reviews from everyone. We were going to Olive Garden next to it and decided to try Weng’s Wok instead. I was hesitant because I do not like Chinese food that much and thought by its name their main dish were wings.🧐🤣! We went two weeks ago and have been back four times already. My son and his family called and said they were coming to see us from League City and did we want to eat at Luby’s, I said no let’s try Weng’s Wok, he looked the reviews up and said sounds good. I got the sizzling beef platter as did my grandson also, my DIL got the sizzling chicken platter, my wife got her usual Moo Goo Gai Pan and my son got the shrimp. I have never seen my grandson wipe his plate clean like he did, my DIL was very pleased and my son finished his order as he sampled the other plates too.🤣 My wife and I just bought a new home at WaterCrest on lake Conroe a year ago and did not find this little jewel eating place until recently. After enjoying our meals plus the delicious cheese cake, we returned to our home with my son and family. We were watching tv for about an hour or so and my son said, “ I’m ready to go back to Weng’s Wok,”I think we found his, his family and our favorite place for dining visits. The wonton soup was exceptional, egg roles very good, service especially the male waiter was beyond great. Five star plus.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Awesome sizzling skillet and sesame chicken.
The food is delicious unfortunately I paid $65 dollars and it was not enough to feed my family of four! Portions are horrible for the price but food is delicious!
