I never thought I’d be making a complaint on whataburger. I made an online order and they never came to the microphone. I sat at the mic for 5-10 minutes and I finally drove to the window and waited 10 more minutes. By this time I’m not waiting any longer and I’m late to work. I called and ask for a refund they told me my order was ready sorry for the delay. I’m no longer coming to this location. They didn’t give me my refund and I’ll be contacting someone else about my refund. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!

The woman who has been working the drive thru overnight for at least the past 6 months or so needs to go. I had the same issue as the other reviewer Hunter. Terrible service delays and then acts put out/complains to co-workers within earshot of customers.

I am a long-time Catholic so I observe the "Fish Fridays". Whataburger is the only place I can always find a wonderful fish sandwich for lunch!
I have been to this location several times and have not had an issue. However, the last few times have been terrible. Don't get me wrong, the people are friendly. The food/Unsweetened tea is horrible. Tastes like coffee, as if they are making it from an old coffee pot. I purchased a biscuit and gravy this morning and the biscuit was hard as a rock. This used to be my morning drink stop for unsweetened tea. I will be finding somewhere else to go.

Worst wataburger location!! Was here last Sunday with my son. Mary took our order, she was lovely. The person who brought our food was rude when I pointed out missing items. I had ordered no tomatoes on my sandwich, there was even a no tomatoes sticker on the outside, but there were extra tomatoes on it. Our cups had black permanent marker on them that came off on our hands and took days to come off. The food was alright but not worth the price. Will not be going back to this location.
