Night staff is lazy rude. Came in for a pick up for door dash and was told to pull in the fron windows by one guy. Then the other guy says I have to go in to get it after sitting in the drive thru for 6 minutes. Then inside the shake is not made and no one is available to address this. When I finally get the shake for the order I ask the employee if everything was in the bag and he walks off without answering.

Good location with friendly folks. The app rocks - easy to earn some free grub and great deals pop in quite often. They need to bring back the cheddar jalepeño biscuit, though, and the A-1 Thick and Hearty needs to make a comeback ASAP!

12/25 - app likes to change locations even when you're sitting right there in the curbside spot, so make sure you double check!!! This has happened to me more than once and is very frustrating!

Update - We just can't visit this location, anymore. Too many people have moved to the area and it's so hard to get in and out at lunchtime, now. Unfortunate, because this was a great Whataburger. The new customers are extremely rude, so we just won't be at this one, again. It's not the restaurant's fault.

Seriously frustrated right now. Just had a terrible time .
I ordered a Hot Apple Pie, but the old guy working the window messed up and tried to give it to someone else! When I pointed it out, he didn't even believe me and argued that it wasn't mine. I had to insist and show him my receipt just to get what I paid for! Thank goodness I still had the ticket, or I would have had to get out of my car and argue the whole mistake.
I'm a loyal customer, but that level of poor service and being doubted over a simple side item is infuriating

This locations workers on the evening shifts during the week are useless. My cashier was high and lost. He took my order and then walked away before I could even pay. Then I had to chase him down 5 min later to ask him if I could pay. I told him Togo and he brought it out as dine in. I told him it’s supposed to be Togo and he just went and got me a bag to put all my stuff in. While I’m loading all my stuff in a bag there countless people walking in from the drive through saying they got the wrong orders. I wouldn’t comeback here.

My food was served hot and fresh in exactly 2 minutes, that's the FASTEST food I've ever purchased at a fast food chain/restaurant! This may just end up being my go to Whataburger in my area. 😁😁

I don’t think I ever made or thought of making a review, but this is ridiculous. First, my shake had a small hole that, after a few minutes, they changed because they saw I was holding it on its side so that they could see the hole from the drive-through window. But the worst part is that my food took over 15 minutes at the drive-through, and when I got it, my fries were thrown in on their side under my sandwich, entirely crushing them. They did not put the cookie I paid for or the mayo. This was the first time in my life that I went inside and asked for my cookie and new fries as politely as I could. Nothing else, just the food I ordered and paid for. To give them credit, the manager did fix my order, and their food was also hot, fresh, and very good (but I was also very hungry), so overall my issue was fixed, but I just found the wait and the mistake a little more than frustrating.

After waiting a solid twenty minutes in line with a single other car, I checked my bag after I received my food. Checked to make sure the double gravy and apple pie I had ordered was there. No apple pie. I had to return back to the drive through. When I got home I realized I forgot to check and make sure that my chicken tender meal… get this… came with chicken tenders. It in fact did not. After calling to make sure we’d be able to receive said chicken tenders with the receipt we were told we could, they even asked for the name to let the team know we would be coming for our food. However, when it came down to getting the chicken tenders staff informed us that “ all we could have is two.” You mean for the three piece chicken tender meal that I paid full price and patiently waited for???? Beyond upset, not the first bad experience at this location but definitely the last. Do better 👎

I know it’s a holidays I get working on holidays suck but that doesn’t mean you make someone good so sloppy and cold I paid 52 dollars for my family to have food bc i also had to work and couldn’t cook after a 12 hr shift I had to come home an serve my family cold food and then I tried to call 5 times no answer I will be contacting some higher. And I said happy thanksgiving and they just shut the window.

We order online a $75.00 meal for a family of 5 just for the order to have missing items when we checked at home. I went back to the restaurant and talked to the manger and he said he could not help me, I should have NOT ordered online and was going to charged me again add missing items on meals that are now cold. I had my receipt and the meals to show proof but he did not care and told me to leave. My wife wrote corporate about the issue. I will not be coming back again. PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDER BECAUSE MANAGEMENT WILL NOT HELP YOU
