DO NOT USE this place they rip you off missing wings and veggie sticks every time and will not replace them no manager in charger rude workers don't know how they stay in business with so many bad Google reviews poor management all around Corporate Wingstop needs to clean house here DO NOT EAT

They are extremely rude when taking orders. Today, at 7:30 pm, I called the store. The person who answered the phone made me wait over 10 minutes on hold. When I called back, he didn’t even let me talk. He kept saying, “Give me a second,” and hung up on me while laughing. I called him Alberto, but I don’t think that’s his real name. He was incredibly rude.

Do not go to this wingstop if you value customer service, this location has none. My order number was #8929036118 for reference. It was an online order. We were missing a large ranch and had requested extra seasoning on the fries and there was none. You guys I was on hold for an entire HOUR, unbelievable. I spoke to an associate named Katherine and she was not able to help because she said there was no manager on site. She then proceeded to tell me I could call Monday through Saturday when a manager is available. I called today and spoke with a manager named Chris, he has no mannerism of what customer service is. I explained to the gentleman about the order and he said in order to process a refund I would have to drive to the store, not only do we live about 30 minutes out but I am also 6 weeks post partum with a newborn so I cannot do that. I asked if it would be possible to get refunded through the phone and he said I quote “no I cannot do that where have you ever heard of that” in my head I’m thinking ummm a lot of places do refunds over the phone? He said it in a rude tone so I asked him if I could have the number to corporate and he provided it to me and I gave them a call and waiting to hear back from them.

I have gone as a Dasher and I have gone as a client and both times it is a disappointment. As Dashers wait for someone to arrive to start placing the order, it always takes from half an hour to 45 minutes. As a customer, terrible service from all the staff.

I received the wrong order then called to resolve the issue and explained the problem. then whoever answered put me on hold and hung up. I called back another 4 times being placed on hold every time. The costumer service is horrible and the works just don’t care.

This boneless wings are not real chicken the texture taste like gristle. I wish restaurants were required to tell you where they source the chicken.

was placing order on app but couldn’t cause i had cash so went in to get gift card and manager said they couldn’t sell gift cards because they’ve been scammed before. when clearly on the website says you can go to any location to buy one. just crazy. kept saying they don’t have them. you have them, you just don’t want to sell them. which is dumb. eaten here a few times and wasn’t that great but it’s the one on the way home.

Went to get our food today and Kelly was on top of his game. Appeared to be training and just did an amazing job! You need more like Kelly in the service industry. Gladly tipped because of his excellent attitude and service!!

I ordered delivery for an 8 piece buffalo mild combo and everything was fine except my wings… They didn’t have any sauce, just grease. I called to weigh my options and the only thing they offered was for me to go in so they could take a look. Obviously I was bothered considering I paid for it to be delivered and now I’m spending more money in gas to go get my order corrected… OR SO I THOUGHT. I went in showed them the food and all they did was tell me that this is mild this is mild! They didn’t offer to remake it, but they offered to show me their signature hot sauce! So 1)I wasted gas, 2)By the time I got home everything was cold and my drink was melted anyway, 3)I wasted money on the order itself bc I’m not eating basic COLD chicken
I am freshly postpartum and we just moved to the area and WOW I literally just wanted a hot meal from one of my favorite places.

Very slow and the staff is arrogant, they should improve and provide good customer service.
i waited almost 10-15 minutes just for somebody to take my order, workers are all guys they will just look at you. I ordered a 4 piece hot honey rub tenders but they gave me original hot or hot buffalo flavor idk!!!! Waited for 20 minutes, and gave me the wrong order. YALL KNOW BETTER!!!!!!!!!!
