This happened on the day of the super bowl, I placed my order and they told me what in 25 minutes and I came back and they told me that they weren't there yet, wait more and I asked again, you can't imagine what they told me, they're going to do it, they told me you have to wait now We received an order for 2000 dollars, I had already waited a long time but since my order did not even arrive 80 dollars they made me less and were very rude, anyway I like the wings from OMG wings better, which is in 336 that day they closed earlier I guess because of the game they wanted to enjoy it, I should go try their delicious wings.

Rude. Every single time. I got charged for an order that never went through. Called multiple times and the manager just gets annoyed and has no solution. Go to the Wingstop in grand central. They actually offer a solution any time there is a problem

Me and my family went out to have a nice day,we wanted to have a Nice day,we went and order mango spicy wing,we got our wing cold as the ice ages,we unfortunately respectfully asked them for a new Bach,they came back with the same cold wings,we left and didn’t come back for a while,regardless,I think they can do a better since Covid isn’t a thing we have to hear everyday,I wish them lucky,but unfortunately some days aren’t always those days,I hated the food

Never in my life have I seen a business turn down service to walk-in customers like I've seen here. Me and my husband came to do a sit-down dinner here and were told it would be a 45 to an hour wait. We decided to wait anyways and come to find out it was a 10 min wait. They just wanted to deal with online orders and turned walk-ins away. Place not cleaned food was over cooked.

They’re lucky I gave them the stars I gave. HORRIBLE customer service! My son ordered two wing meals w fries and drinks. The order was picked up and driven to his home in Willis. Opened the bag and he was missing one order of wings. He called and because they couldn’t refund what was missing he was told he could come back for an entirely new order since the rest would be cold due to their mess up. When he got there the so called manager, who’s pants were sagging down to his feet, said he can’t remake the other order of wings but can remake both fries and the wings that was missing. Manager argued and wouldn’t budge. My guess this location must have a problem throughout the store since they have a low rating by others as well.

Katherine is always friendly which is why I’m NOT giving this place a one star. Wait times are ridiculous. I places a second order expecting my first one to come out first, since it was well like I said placed FIRST. Saw people coming in after me, and receiving their order before me. So I asked what was going on and I guess they assumed I wanted them combined with the second order despite not asking me first. Start eating my first and was wondering why my second order wasn’t ready. Well apparently they were waiting for me to finish eating. Like what? So my food wasn’t even getting packaged! If I wanted it after my meal I would’ve ordered it AFTER I was finished eating. Ridiculous.

My husband and I showed up Sunday morning as soon as they opened. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our food was delicious and fresh. I've eaten here several times and even ordered through Doordash with no issue! Love this location ?

I cannot believe the astonishingly poor experience I had at this restaurant. The management here is beyond rude and seems to thrive on arguments. (Specifically Chris)To top it off, they have a knack for consistently getting orders wrong, leaving customers frustrated and disappointed. When I attempted to seek compensation for their mistakes, they did everything but be helpful. I strongly advise against dining here – it's a recipe for frustration and disappointment.

The professionalism in this place is disgusting!! How do I call to try & place a pick up order & tell me it's 35 min wait & put me on hold without telling me I was going on hold. I waiting 5 mins then hung up, call again & the guy is being rude off the bat and said if I have an attitude that he's not taking my order & hangs up. I told my husband and he called to place an order instead & the told him in 20 mins it will be ready. I definitely don't understand why people hate their job and continue working. Go find another place to work at. This place is so ghetto for no reason.
