Our UberEats driver brought us the wrong order and was extremely rude about HIS mess up. We called Wingstop and they let us come pick up the actual order bc it was still there. I forgot to get her name, but the lady who helped us was delightful and so sweet. She apologized for him, and even let us refill our now watered down drinks with some fresh soda. Her handling of the situation was great and she made a very hungry teenager happy at home. Gracias!! Este es nuestro lugar favorito!

I would give 0 star if I could. This is the worst Wingstop store. Employees are highly unethical, rude and unprofessional. They are purposefully making the wings extra dry so that they can charge extra $1.99 to the customers to make the wings right. As per Wingstop corporate, if a customer asks for a small container of extra sauce, they will have to pay $1.99 for that container of the sauce. However, customer can ask the store to make sure their wings are not dry and employees will make sure that the wings have enough sauce in their order. However Maria is asking the employees to make the wings extra dry so that they can charge extra $1.99 to make the order right. The worst part is, neither Maria can speak English nor she understands English but she will come to the front desk talking bad and laughing on the customers requests on their face in a language which customers might not even understand. Also, she will let her employees mistreat and disrespect the customers because she won't understand what employee is saying to the customer.

Message to the owner- I feel sad for you. You have really good location and beautiful store. However, I request you either to be there to see how bad your employees are treating your customers or review their conversations with your customers. They are failing your business. You have 3.0 star rating not because Wingstop is a bad company, it's because you have highly incompetent, unethical, rude and unprofessional manager and employees. Every phone call has to be put on hold for a long wait, while store has barely any customers. Please educate your manager and employees what customer service is and how to treat the customers. At the very least, they can respect a customer who is bringing business to your store.

To the customers- If you are having a good day or feel good about something, visit this store. You will see how your self-respect will be shattered down in minutes for ordering at this store. They have a manager and the employees, who don't care about the business or the customers. Their General Manager Maria is telling the employees to make the orders incorrect on purpose so that they can charge customers extra next time to make the order right. And employees, it looks like they don't want the customer to visit the store second time because of the way they treat the customers at the store. Will never visit or order from this store ever again.....

I ordered my food for delivery and had multiple items from my order missing. Almost like my whole order was wrong.
Multiple items were missing.
We called got hung up on and was told “it’s our problem” but you didn’t give us all our food. It’s frustrating. I understand i ordered at 9 pm and it’s late but that’s no excuse. I don’t appreciate getting hung up on or being told it’s our issue whatever

my order was 11.89 and i gave 20.89 and the boy handed me back my change and laughed and said it was 11 and handed me change still some places need to learn how to give change out i should have gotten 9 dollars instead of 8.11 😐 a plus on that is the boy had hickeys on his neck and a bra strap on his wrist.. this is completely gross and unprofessional

Definitely was worth waiting when the fries are fresh and good attentive staff. Tip leave your bag open and the fries are still good when you get home. But one of the best tasting wingstops I had in a while

Order the summer flavor bundle got home and open my box to eat and saw that it wasn't the right flavor gave me hot instead of garlic parm it even has a sticker saying garlic parm and I tried calling them 4 times was put on hold all 4 times and got hunged on the last 2 phone calls this is unacceptable will be contacting corporate

My wing are typically always good but not great. Especially the fries. A couple times my fries have been cold, sometimes unseasoned completely & sometimes perfect. Customer service is alright and could use improvement. Only some staff. I’ve been there with great staff and I’ve been with staff who seems to be having a bad day

On today 06/08/2025 had bad experience they forgot fries but since I was there I told manager and she gave me the fries it was a family size but they look regular size to me. Anyway when I got home I counted the wings and count only 28. I’m not going back for 2 wings of course but since the girl was rude when I asked for my fries I decided give this review! I feel bad for owner of this franchise your employees are destroying your business!
