This is by far the worst Wingstop location.

Their wings are consistently overcooked and dry as hell. I always order the Original Hot flavor, and no matter how many chances I give this location, the quality never improves.

At this point, the 3-star rating makes complete sense. I do not recommend this location at all. I honestly could’ve made better wings at home. Very disappointing.

On December 30, I visited Wingstop to pick up a dinner order for my sons that I had called in around 6:00 PM. Upon arrival, I attempted to pay with a gift card and was told by the cashier that it required manual entry by a manager. I was then informed that no manager was scheduled, even though the previous shift’s manager, Maria, was outside the restaurant socializing with friends.

After being asked to assist, Maria came inside visibly frustrated, entered the gift card manually, and walked away. When I asked about my food, she abruptly stated it had not been prepared yet, despite the order being placed 30 minutes earlier. The kitchen staff worked diligently, but I waited over 40 additional minutes for two simple orders. During this time, Maria remained outside laughing with friends and made no effort to help her staff.

When I asked if compensation was available for the inconvenience, I was told no because Maria had already left, leaving the team without a manager. While the cashier and kitchen staff were polite and hardworking, the lack of leadership resulted in a frustrating experience. I ultimately left the restaurant at 7:33 PM—one hour and thirty minutes after placing my order.

Called this place at 4:52 to place an order arrived at 6:00 pm and the order was nowhere to be found. So i called the store back while we had to wait for them to make our order and asked the guy what happened to our order his response was “ i do not know”

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ WINGSTOP IN CONROE DESERVES ALL 10 STARS!

My Wingstop by the house never disappoints. The wings are my absolute favorite — always cooked perfectly, full of flavor, and exactly what I enjoy the most. No matter how busy they get, the staff keeps a smiling face and delivers great customer service every single time.

I’ve been living in Conroe for four years, and this Wingstop has been consistently excellent. They move fast, they stay friendly, and they always make sure the food is fresh and made right.

They have definitely gained a loyal customer in me for as long as I live in Conroe, Texas. If you want good wings, good people, and great service, this is the place to go!

I just left wingstop. As I made it home & ate a bout 3 wings. On the 4th one I notice a long strand of an individual hair. I called the store and was told that there is no one in the kitten with light hair when I clearly stated the hair is dark hair, black or brown. I was placed on hold and someone else came to the phone stating that I would not be able to receive a refund or get food remade due to the manager will be needing proof. So the lady on the phone asked me to send proof to her cell phone number. I told the lady that I don’t want any money back or my order remade, I just wanted to let someone know about the hair in my food. I will not recommend this location.

Extremely disappointed and lesson learned! Please if you order food online from this place, check your bag before you leave believe it or not I ordered Hawaiian barbecue and if you look at my picture, you wouldn’t even be able to tell they put sauce on it. The fries were ok the chicken was a huge miss and no blue cheese in the bag. Friendly atmosphere however, we are coming for the food, which was disappointing across the board!

I called over and over again kept being told to call the next day because the manager wasn't in my car broke down I couldn't get my order. I called and told them I asked for a refund because I couldn't get the food. The last time I called the store the manager was in could not take the time to come to the phone and the person on the phone said not much then hung up on me. I called the customer service number I found online. They said they would take care of it get me my refund and this was in August still no refund. I don't understand I work in food as well things happen but to be hung up on and ignored is ridiculous.

Our UberEats driver brought us the wrong order and was extremely rude about HIS mess up. We called Wingstop and they let us come pick up the actual order bc it was still there. I forgot to get her name, but the lady who helped us was delightful and so sweet. She apologized for him, and even let us refill our now watered down drinks with some fresh soda. Her handling of the situation was great and she made a very hungry teenager happy at home. Gracias!! Este es nuestro lugar favorito!
