THEY ARE IN DESPERATE NEED OF NEW MANAGEMENT to get this location running as it should. The food at this location is horrible. Our order got uncooked fries and the wings were terrible. I regret ordering from this location. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

On Monday March 4th, 2024, me and my friend went to this Wingstop and ordered, they forgot to give us our cups, and then we waited 30 min for our food, when finally we received it we found that they forgot a 10pc lemon pepper boneless wing, when asked for them back they said it would be a 10 min wait, I waited, after about 15 minutes they gave me THE WRONG FOOD. Watched one of the chefs roll their eyes when told the mistake, no discounts or any compinsation was issued. If I could rate this place a 0 I would.

Waited 30 minutes which is understandable because it was busy but when we finally got our food everything was COLD and the wings were just sitting in a puddle of grease. I was super hungry so I choked down 4 wings and got nauseous. Worst wings ever.

I ordered a 6.piece combo with fries the chicken was drowning in bb sauce and the fries was doused with so much salt it could have given anyone high blood pressure !!!

WORST WINGSTOP EVER!! Deserves 0 stars!!I understand food places are busy and that’s okay but absolutely ridiculous that I called to place and order and they don’t start making it until you get there, they did NOT mention that over the phone. They had my husband waiting for an hour saying they’re working on it when they haven’t even started on the order. Called to speak to the manager and she just placed me on hold instead of resolving the issue. Ended up getting a refund. This location needs new management and a better system where customers are receiving their food on time!

Had the worst wings tonight. The 20 boneless deal. The wings were laying in a puddle of grease. Could not even eat them. Should of took them back up there and got my money back. Told the boy as we were leaving that they were the worst ever. He said we probably pulled them up out of the grease and dumped them immediately without them draining. He said well at least we know now. Gotta learn somehow. They should of learned before now. Those should not of been served like that.
