Worst Baskin Robbins location. They never have two things that match. Literally the four times I’ve given this location a chance. They are out of a lot of options. 31 flavors where ?! No fudge on two occasions. Definitely the LAST time coming here.

My boyfriend went in tonight we did an online order for two items and we had a designated pick up time when he got there they had not started our order at all and it was not busy at all. They eventually gave him one of the items and told him to have a nice day but when he asked about our second item the lady said “ oh we didn’t have two of the items for it so we weren’t gonna make it “ , so instead of telling him upfront so that they can come to a different alternative they just were gonna let him walk out without the second item we paid for. I understand online inventory’s being wrong but they should have told him before to fix the problem.

Like any person, I couldn't make a decision on choosing the flavor of ice cream and for that reason the employee seemed angry and unprofessional when she started using unpleasant body language towards me. If you want to have a good time buying ice cream, that location is NOT a good alternative ????????????????? CUSTOMER SERVICE MATTERS

Drove 20 minutes out of my way because my mom wanted a brownie sundae for Mother’s Day and this was the closest one that would be open when I got off work. I show up at 7:23 to find a sign on the door saying they were closing at 7:20 to have time to clean the machines before getting off. They’re supposed to close at 8. It turned my 20 minute drive into an hour long drive trying to find something similar for my mother. It’s not my fault your company doesn’t care about you enough to let you close early on Mother’s Day. I gave myself an adequate amount of time to get there well before the closing time on the website and Google, and I was extremely disappointed to miss the “handwritten” window by three minutes.

Seems every time I go in there they don't have it wanted a banana split no bananas another time didn't have toppings for a Sundae tonight they had bananas but no boats to put them in and no toppings for it

employee came to us and said " we are about to close and Im going to lock the door so if yall can leave" I was shocked. He could have locked the door while the customers finish eating. We were eating the ice cream we had just purchased.

Went to get ice cream at 7:40 on a Saturday, but the doors were locked and drive thru says closed. Online states they are open til 8 and there were employees inside. We don’t have many ice cream places close by, so this is super frustrating.

It was very disorganized/chaotic both times we went, and nobody greets you for a long time even when they’re all in the lobby standing around on cell phones.
