Speedy service and friendly service!
There were about 10 cars in front of me in the drive thru line but within 14 minutes I was in and out of the parking lot.
My kids love the buckaroo chicken tender meal, very fair in size it almost seems to be the size of a regular combo #4. Only difference that I noticed is a kids drink versus a regular sized cup.
Bonus points for the brownie with nut dessert included 🙂 $6.30 for this meal

The manager Martina is extremely rude and unhelpful. They mess up my food all the time and typically they'll fix it without giving me a hard time which is why I go back.
Today they messed up my order, as usual, but the manager was extremely rude. She refused to offer any options to resolve it or refund my money. She just kept reading the order on the ticket to me over and over saying that that's what they put in the system. Then she hung up on me.
I ordered brisket with no crispy ends, my standard order. Half of my foo brisket was crispy ends today and not edible. About 1/8 of a pound, out of 1/4 pound, is hard crunchy in inedible ends.
Martina should not be a Manager. Bill Miller should be ashamed to have this person representing them.

Ordered a chicken combo for dinner Thursday night and im still dealing with food poisoning from it. A company that's been around for so long should know better. Shame on them !

Sick and tired of being rushed and them getting my orders wrong. Prices of their meals go up and quality of meals are going down. More concerned about maximizing profits than keeping customers happy. They couldn’t get a order right if their life depended on it.

I'm a doordash delivery driver this location is not providing cup holders I just watched another delivery driver get soaked with drinks cuz he's having to juggle multiple bags and drinks I almost dropped my customers drinks only location I know of that doesn't provide cup holders poor management if you ask me they can afford to provide cup holders with the outrageous prices they charge for their mediocre food

They don’t care about your order. They care about how fast you leave there facility. I walk in and order and my stuff is wrong and I reorder and then the same happens to another guy and the manager is laughing at the customer… poor management. Poor attitudes from the workers. This was at 6:30am Friday morning. I’m sure lunch is worse

A swing and a miss today.
Did the drive-thru. Gentleman taking order did not speak loud enough or clear enough. This caused me to not hear the order repeat or total of order. This in turn means I didn't have the right amount at the window and got the wrong drink.
In turn, the young lady at the window did not verify the order(so I wasn't able to correct the drink choice) and seemed impatient when I needed to get another dime out of my purse to correct the mishead total.
To my surprise.... sweet tea (which I cannot have) instead of unsweetened.
Normally better than that. Frustrated! But moving on.

bad experience got a refund took to long to get a simple order manager didn't care
I don’t think I’ve ever been through the drive thru with this place forgetting something I ordered. Tonight though I ordered a brisket and turkey plate that came without any brisket. That’s a new low. I am done with this place. It’s not worth the effort to simply get what I ordered.
