Never have I ever had such a problem with receiving the food I payed for, this location should be closed. Useless people work here. $15 for a texas double with fries, didn't get any fries and the burger was cold. I was the only person in there, and you still couldn't make fresh food. This place is a disservice to burger king.

Honestly I would give it no stars if I could. I don't know what it is about this store but I am on my way to work I just sat at the drive-thru no one's in the line for 10 minutes nobody would answer me so I pulled up and ordered a mobile order and then it took 5 minutes for somebody even to notice that I was here to pick up he did explain that he just took over the store but this store is Infamous it's right across the street from where I live at I come here a lot and it is just terrible service it's literally like one person works here to do everything it really needs to change I'm going to have to switch to McDonald's which is a few doors up. Now late for work SMH.No lines either inside or outside. Get it together Burger King. Manager did explain that he is new and just took over maybe in a few weeks I'll give it another try and give it another review but I have been here plenty of times and just sat when there's no lines no nothing

Over fifteen minute wait in the drive thru, I was stuck and couldn't get out to leave, I figured after this long wait my food would at least be hot but it was not, over fifteen minute wait and received a cold whooper.

Order through the app at 7:08 pm... 35 minutes later- still waiting! Not sure if there are short staffed, but its not acceptable. Will never come to this location again. Asked for a refund and the manager didnt say anything. Finally after an hour or so they made my order( claimed our food was taken by another customer; took my order as they ate inside the restaurant) they gave us several hamburgers for having to wait over an hour.

I’ve NEVER. Been more disgusted in my life. I’m here looking for a whopper after waiting like 10 minutes for somebody to come to the window a heavily sweaty man showed up asking me what I needed or what I had ordered and when I told them he said OK ran to the back to make it, sir this is absolutely disgusting Where is the hygiene? You really think I want to eat a burger that I know has your sweat dripping all over it? Is this really how we receive people in customer service or somebody who’s gonna make you food. Like why are we allowing this and why is this restaurant still in business? This is absolutely disgusting hire better people, have some AC in there. Something, anything before the love of God don’t have sweaty people receiving your customers at the window.
