This is painful to do, as we are lovers of burger King. We like ordering online, and usually eat there after we arrive. I was second in line, and the guy in front of me left in disgust. Absolutely no acknowledgement that we were there. A gentleman standing to my left, was shaking his head. I asked if he had ordered, he laughed said yeah awhile ago.
The whole time I was standing there, not one time did I see or hear the grill going, no usual flame broiled burger king smells. I watched them making the burgers. They were reaching in a bin for burgers, that seamed to have been pre cooked, maybe from the day before. Finally after repeating my online order several times, we got our food. The burgers had more of a boiled taste, rather than that flame broiled taste, and were barely warm. After a few bites my wife and I sent them to the trash where they belonged. We usually go to the one on 78 down by Judson High School. They should go there to see how it's done. I'll never go back here. YUCK!

I had a really disappointing experience at this Burger King. The manager on duty (a short, stocky gentleman with curly dark hair) seemed bothered to even step out of the back to help his busy employees. When my husband mentioned we had an online order, the only response was a curt “sign in” no greeting or welcoming tone at all.

When our food was ready, he didn’t call our name or order number, just left it there without saying anything. His attitude came off as rude and unprofessional for no reason. It really left a negative impression on what should have been a simple pickup experience.

Ordered thru the drive thru a whopper off grill and dry ( no manynoyse or mustard ) but with lettuce tomato pickles and onions. Patty was definitely not off the grill . Could tell it had been cooked earlier there was no manynoyse or mustard or anything else on whopper. Just an old patty and bun. I have ordered at least 10 whoppers fresh off the grill and have yet to get even 1 off the grill. So much for HAVE IT YOUR WAY which burger king has advertised for the last 2 years. Have it your way 0 for 10 .

The employees are so drained and have berry little energy and sound like they’ve been working for 5 days without sleep? What’s going on why am I having to wait 20 mins in the drive thru for my food

This restaurant seriously needs new management. As a former fast-food worker, I know there is no reason a drive-thru line should take a minimum of 45 minutes—no matter the time of day. I’ve given it multiple chances, thinking maybe lunch hour was just busy, but even in the morning the wait is just as bad. Either they don’t have the food you want, or you end up waiting an unreasonably long time. Right now, I’m literally sitting at the window watching an employee on their phone instead of helping customers. Completely unacceptable.

Usually i get the same thing but this time the cheesy tots were frozen in the middle which ive never had at a restaurant before. I didnt realize till i got home, the air fryer is an amazing thing. I will try it again sometime and see if they have gotten better.

Chris the manager and his trainee messed up our orders, we came home missing fries,I ordered 4 duo special ,double whooper meal large and 1 trio special ,I called and chris sounded so prideful and blaming his trainee that shes new even though he was there and heard my order :( im very disappointed 😞 did not even apologize, next time training maybe repeat the order and verify with the customer to prevent this error

Whoever manages this restaurant should check up on how the employees are working. First time at this location tonight Aug 3rd & there was only 2 employees working which i understand can get hectic but as someone who’s worked in the restaurant industry I can’t help but to be disappointed by how unsanitary these guys were operating. When I walked in I didn’t get acknowledged for a few minutes despite being walked past a few times not even an “I’ll be right with you.” But as I waited i realized the one in charge of building the burgers was building every single one of them on the bare counter leaving the paper wrap for last. Neither employees wore gloves at any point so every bun, burger meat, bacon, lettuce, tomato etc was grabbed by his bare hands & he’d proceed to wipe his hands on his clothes which the sides of his clothes were pretty dirty making me conclude that he’d been wiping on his clothes his entire shift. All the to go bags along with the receipt papers that went attached to the bags were filthy dirty with oil & ketchup. They ran out of fries 3 hours before closing so not enough prepping was done either. I truly believe these employees didn’t care about sanitation due to most orders being drive through & delivery orders therefore customers are unaware of how their food was made. I think this was a learning experience to think twice before going through a drive through instead of walking inside.

I ordered one burger inside at the counter. I ordered the burger at 4:07pm it is now 4:22pm and still no burger. I asked for refund and that took longer than expected. A manager came to help and seemed like it would be an issue to refund my money by then my burger was ready so I said just to give it to me so I could get my kids from daycare. I am highly disappointed in this store and this is completely ridiculous at this point.
