Food was good but not good enough for $30. I got a large Philly ate one half and by the time I got to the other it was ice cold. Fries were cold as well. My wife got 10p wings she ate 4 and the rest were cold. First experience was a Horrible experience. ( Another customer turned on the heat 😂 )

The service here was just trash and unprofessional and unacceptable
They made us wait over 30 minutes for two sandwiches then I went in to ask what the hold was and the lady to me I needed to wait like everyone else

Please don't eat here I just ordered from them and my fries were rancid they were so bad I actually threw up! I came to leave a review only to see someone else said the same thing a month ago! Its actually scary and a serious accident waiting to happen. The bread on my sandwich was stale and tasted very bad. I'm seriously concerned they are selling past expiration date food. I called and tried to talk to the manager and the young guy who answered spoke to a woman in the back who could possibly be the manager avoiding my call. I've contacted the health department. If they see this I hope they think about peoples health they are putting at risk!

Rude manager and no accountability for their mistakes. Two times in a row they mess up and this time they refused to correct their action. My family will never be ordering from here again!

I love me some Charlies 😋 My personal faves are the Old School Philly add peppers (I like to put A1 sauce on it when I get home) and it's chefs kiss! I really like their sweet and spicy wings too (can't think of the name rn though) lol. And their lemonades are so good too, they kind've taste homemade.

I ordered food for delivery and the chicken philly was very skimpy and I ordered a side of fries and I literally got a handful they charged me $4 for a handful of fries thats not even considered a side.

I recently dined at Charley's just before closing time and was impressed by the outstanding customer service. Despite the late hour, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Our servers collectively, went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed, offering suggestions from the menu and ensuring our meal was enjoyable.The food was made fresh and delicious, even at the end of the night. The quality and flavor of the dishes exceeded our expectations, making our meal truly satisfying.The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed, even as they were preparing to close for the night. The team's dedication to providing excellent service and freshly made food, regardless of the time, truly made our dining experience memorable.

They close at 10pm & I get there at 9:35pm and apparently they closed early because they’re “short staffed” that’s the first time that’s happened & I generally like that restaurant location but that wasn’t the most pleasant of experiences. Meanwhile subway down the street was also short staffed but stayed open until closing time.?

Pablo took my order for boneless wings combo that was advertised in the restaurant “for here”.
I didn’t look at my receipt until I got my order.
Another employee brought my order to my table “chicken philly and fries, wrapped “to go”????? I have gotten the philly combo before and I like it but I just wanted to try something different.
