They stole my money, and yet to refund my money, when it was they were out of the bone wings I bought online but yet failed to remove from being ordered online. I call they give me the run around of their manager never being in. Keep it. Every time I drive past I just leave a review 😃 cause I remeber I spent 40 dollar to get nothing for it. Lo

I ordered bone-in wings on the app. And came to pick up my order. They inform they don't have it im stock. But to get in touch with the general manager to process my refund. Has been impossible for me and I guess the supervisors. But if I come in angry after a week of trying to get this sorted, I would be that customer.

I guess they refuse to serve you if you're black. I hate the south for thos very reason.

The lady at the drive through today 5/26 was very rude for no reason at all. We come here all the time and we have never had bad service but today was very surprising.

Food was cold and fries were overseasoned. The fries looked like the whole container of seasoning spilled on the fries. I could not finish them because they were too spicy.

Amazing service by the manager Jayden he was very helpful. I was very impressed with the professionalism. He made me feel like a very valued customer. My food was fresh and tasted amazing. Thank you Jaiden for my great experience at your restaurant. Will be going back soon and will definitely tell my friends and family to do the same.

I ordered online for 2 for 1. The order showed 1 but they charged for 2. I could only get a refund if I went to the store. The whole idea of ordering online is not to go out.

Honestly there was no one and I was still waiting a while for them to acknowledge me, and then the restroom uggh nasty. Not only were the restrooms dirty but fountain drinks as well. The floor was sticky and the tables as well.

Food was good but not good enough for $30. I got a large Philly ate one half and by the time I got to the other it was ice cold. Fries were cold as well. My wife got 10p wings she ate 4 and the rest were cold. First experience was a Horrible experience. ( Another customer turned on the heat 😂 )

The service here was just trash and unprofessional and unacceptable
They made us wait over 30 minutes for two sandwiches then I went in to ask what the hold was and the lady to me I needed to wait like everyone else

Please don't eat here I just ordered from them and my fries were rancid they were so bad I actually threw up! I came to leave a review only to see someone else said the same thing a month ago! Its actually scary and a serious accident waiting to happen. The bread on my sandwich was stale and tasted very bad. I'm seriously concerned they are selling past expiration date food. I called and tried to talk to the manager and the young guy who answered spoke to a woman in the back who could possibly be the manager avoiding my call. I've contacted the health department. If they see this I hope they think about peoples health they are putting at risk!
