This is the best Charley's in Converse!
All the employees are happy to help and greet the customers. Cesia the General Manager is an amazing Lady, she took my order with care and thanked me for dining with them. Would 100% come back, also their food is fresh and tastes great!

I ordered the lemon pepper chicken wings and they are absolutely covered with feathers! I only wish I could post pictures, it's disgusting!

Overall the employees are really nice, that’s one reason I couldn’t get myself to complain for a week..
But we order 45.00 $ worth a food and I think it should have been much better..
2 orders of boneless wings were like a nightmare..
They were freshly made but black🤔🤔like the oil is dirty or something weird..

First and last time ordering from this location. We ordered to go. The fries tasted bad, the sandwich was sloppy and wasn’t even cut in half. And the strawberry lemonade… HORRIBLE! Either the juice or strawberry’s were fermented. Since I didn’t drink it, I left the drink on the counter over night and by morning it had a layer of yellow foam on top. Clear indication of fermentation! So disgusting!

The little lady taking my order (last name Brown according to receipt) was cleaning and acted like she didn’t want to assist me. The self order kiosk was occupied by another customer otherwise I’d use that, yet she was very rude. Also, the little lady in the back had the exact same attitude. I get it, it may just be a job for them but I just wanted to order something quick and filling while I stoped in for two small items at the Walmart, not to be an inconvenience to anyone. On top of that she stated they were out of tomatoes smh Next time I’ll just order from the one down the street where despite their circumstances are quite happy to have a job! These two females working between 3:30&4 pm seem to need more training on customer service. I won’t be back to this location despite its convenience!!
