Chili's Grill & Bar

I am going to start by saying my kiddo had a really hard birthday, none of her friends could make it and you might imagine how devastating that was to an 8 year old. So we took her after her party to this restaurant, she loves the queso here, and I mentioned in passing on the way in what happened at her party. One of the managers (Brandi) went out of her way to get her a bag full of gifts and a balloon. And we had our two favorite servers (Monica, and Bree) both give her big hugs and tell her happy birthday. Y’all they came and they sang to her and made her entire day better. She talked about it the entire way home, she was so happy that she even said that Monica told her it’s not about how many people came to the party it’s about all the fun you have on the day.

I will never be able to thank them enough. The entire staff here deserves so many kudos and a raise to boot! Thank you so so so much. You saved her birthday.

This chilis sucks…. I’m came with my family and the food was horrible!!! Steak not well done,I ordered a salad with no tomatoes then the order was brought out by the expo who had a bad attitude because I ask for no tomatoes which I am allergic to tomatoes.. The manager( Becky) who was extremely inconsiderate by the fact that all of this was going on, she shouldn’t be manager by to her lack of customer care and concern. She was being sarcastic in sorting out our bill… overall experience 0… WILL NOY RETURN TO THIS LOCATION EVEN IF I HAVE TO DRIVE ACROSS SAN ANTONIO!!!

I've been to a lot of chilies this is one of the nicest ones. Staff makes you feel welcome when you come in the door servers are tentative prices aren't high. Still a Chili's.

The staff is amazing took care of us rectify a bad situation and made it better. We were happy to deal with the rest of the staff here our hang up with Shawna. The food is good. The staff is on top of it. We appreciated our visit tonight. We will come back to this location.
