Good job!!!! I don't remember our waiters name, but he was pretty good. We sat down ordered our food & we got our drinks very quickly along with the chips & salsa. 😋 our food came out fairly fast too & it was fresh tasting. Our waiter (sorry I am going to describe him. Black man with no hair & full beard & mustache. Deeper voice but kinda soft spoken) was waiting on about 3 roses of tables & doing a great job!

I ordered the chicken bowl, chips and salsa and a Spicy Margarita to go this evening and everything is tasty. Especially the margarita! Wow! Kudos to the bartender 💯

We are regular customers at this chili’s but today was the worse experience. To start they made my wife’s food wrong the fries were old . Our waiter was the worse ever . Didn’t keep on top of my drink my fries were stale. Supposedly they remade our food but it was like mix old fries with fresh ones just horrible. Becky the manager was unprofessional she didn’t charge us for our meals but she gave us an attitude . There was no apology for the inconvenience of having to remake our meals. It’s going to take a while for us to go back to that restaurant.

They don't serve breakfast or any breakfast items. They don't bread fry their shrimp. They don't serve coffee. Waitress didn't know what kind of fries, they serve. Their Guacamole has onions, don't serve any other way, it comes with onions. They can't put slices of Aguacate, because they don't have any. Menu choices is small and limited. No hot tea either.

Decent experience. Came in for happy hour to get a beer and sat right at the bar. The bartender was talking to some other guests when I sat down and it took a minute for her to notice I was there. I ordered a beer and it was cold but it didn’t come with any head & the glass didn’t hold the head that was on it so it wasn’t “beer clean”. Felt like the bartender knew the guests she was talking to because they were talking about them coming to her kids sporting events and everyone else was just an afterthought.

I had a bad experience with the hostes at the restaurant, I asked for a table for 3 and when she took us to the table the chairs could barely be opened to sit, I asked for another table and she told me there was no other but I saw that there were some empty tables, I insisted to her that I need another table, because it was impossible to sit there and she told me again “no” and she says that it was the only table available for me. I grabbed the menus and walked towards an unoccupied table and while I was walking she put her foot in front of me with the intention of making me fall, I turned to look at her and heard when she told the waiter not to serve me, that was when and the waiter just walk away and I asked to another waiter that I needed to speak to the manager and she came and I explained to her, and she said she was going to check the cameras, and we decided to leave, I was already feeling bad after such a bad experience that I preferred to go to another restaurant.

Chili's has been around forever this was only my 1st or 2nd time going. The food isn't bad, but the prices are high for what you get (quality and portion size). Our server was pretty good too.

Went in not expecting much from a main chain, but… just wow! Every aspect was perfect. The team work of all working was apparent. The server was the sweetest. And as for the food!!! Soooo delicious. Seasoned and cooked to perfection. Plated like artwork. I really can’t say enough great things about this location. Thank for all for working so hard to feed us hungry people. That was a great meal and experience.
