Chile's on Hwy 78 was nice. Food was really good and cooked to order. The chips and salsa were fresh and crisp.Our waitress was very attentive and quick to refill our glasses of tea. Poor lady, I think she got tired of us saying thank you so much but she never let on otherwise.It wasn't too busy so it was kind of quiet (which I appreciated) but I almost asked them to turn the music down, but I didn't want to be that cranky old lady. LOL.
Always get great staff. Managers keep things going with the restraunt and staff. Staff is good. Some need to leave their bad days at the door but other than that staff is friendly and helpful. I'll continue to going to this one.Kid-friendliness: Child friendly.

The bartender with the accent I think she's from the Uk. She is very nice and helpfull we have been in multiple times and we usually sit at the bar so we can get her service. Thank you!
Got taken back to this location:3/1/24 - 3rd times a charm for rough experiences. Our server was being trained by a super rude and snappy employee, causing him to be flustered. Got food. Lemon pepper tasted like lemon salt, manager Aston came over and could see that they were unevenly coated and replaced my order with Buffalo wings. They were much better. I had the best coconut margarita ever and I would definitely come back for just that. Nothing stood out to me.Another bad experience at this location.I'm concerned she never asked why I wasnt ordering any food.

The kitchen got my order wrong twice I finally told them I didn't want it and the management had attitude about it. Waiter was great. Management was sub standard. Does Chili's corporate not paying attention anymore?
