Napoleon cooks fresh chicken. John is very professional and friendly. Dining area and restrooms are clean.

I had to wait more than two minutes to place my order at the drive-thru with no one in line. When I got to the window, what I ordered wasn't there, so I had to change my order. The worst part is the boneless wings are a joke, only an inch in size. I'll never go back.

Stopped at drive thru. Drumsticks were good, cole slaw was good, mashed potatoes were good. The main reason for going there was for the chicken. The chicken breasts were so tough it was almost impossible to chew the meat. Also very greasy. I won't go here again. Very disappointed. v

First time at this location. Manager was super friendly. I ordered chicken for an office event. Great value and the chicken was delicious.

For someone who used to be a general manager at Churchs chicken in federal way, WA I pretty much know how the service should be and food, every time I try and give this Churchs a benefit of the doubt they fell me so today was my last try they never have what they are advertising something alway broke this is the second time I came and they don’t have drinks to give and the manager his attitude is always terrible when your asking a question or his employees ask a question the way he answers is so rude. This time since they didn’t have 3 of the things I wanted i will have to go somewhere else.

I go here most of the time. This last time 8/2/25 was a bad experience. Heavy set older woman was rude yelling over the drive through then when asked why she was being rude and yelling she says she's not yelling. I took my business to bushs chicken. Their service is a whole lot better. Plus nothing will be done to rude employees until you put them on social media. Last time I go to this particular churches chicken.

I had an extremely pleasant encounter with Richard at the drive-through. Normally, when you go to a drive-through people are rude and in a rush, but he was very patient and very kind. It seemed like he had a hard day, but he still chose to be a light and I really appreciated that because you never know what someone’s going through. So I just wanna say a special thank you to Richard at the drive-through you’re doing great and you’re amazing!

Not much parking but food is good. It's an older store that might need a little remodeling. I live in schertz, so I go all the way to converse just for churches chicken. It's good.

I ordered a 12 PC got ten smh wouldn't care but tge price difference between 10 PC and 12pc is crazy
