I was in the area and decided to order from this location SMH I always go to the Dunkin donuts on WW White Rd never have issues there However the Dunkin donuts on FM78 is a disappointment the manager doesn't Care about customer satisfaction nor care of lack of employees knowledge of how to make the order correctly I will provide photos 1st photo is from FM78 store Second photo from the WW White store You can clearly see the difference and how much pride the employee had on making the order correct I should've known better than to go to the Dunkin on FM78 due to the lack of customers

This is my usual place, but lately I've noticed that they run out of items more frequently. Also a bit peeved because I placed a mobile order tonight (Friday) around 8:15 pm that went through. I arrived around 8:30 pm only to discover they were closed even though it's advertised as being open until 9. Not happy because now I'll have to request a refund in the morning. The staff are always nice so no complaints there, the stars are for them.

I usually have a great experience at this Dunkin’ location and have never had any issues before. However, yesterday I picked up a few items, including a 25-count box of Munchkins, and unfortunately, they were not up to the usual standard. When I got home and opened the box, there was a very strong odor — almost like they had been sitting in a smoker’s car. The smell was overpowering, and the Munchkins tasted unpleasant and were noticeably harder than usual.
I even tried both flavors to see if it was maybe just a one-off issue, but they both had the same smell and taste. I ended up having to throw the whole box away, and unfortunately, I felt sick the rest of the night afterward.
I’m not sure if it was due to old oil, ingredients, or something else that may have affected the batch, but I wanted to share my experience in case others have had something similar. Hopefully, this was just an isolated incident, because this location is normally reliable.

The Dunkin Donuts in Converse is horrible. I have repeatedly went their to order a cappuccino blast and always being told that the mix is not in or that the machine is broke. No good customer service!!!! I will not be returning to that location again. The owner really needs to be aware of how his business is bang ran.

I came to Dunkin Donuts in Converse and did not drink my iced coffee. She took my drink to the back and came back and when I asked her as to why she did that she said that the decaf was located in the back . No way I’m ever visiting this place again.

You walk in for a pick up order and no one acknowledges you, they carry on with their personal conversations and act like you’re not there. It’s like they aren’t phased by you or the families inside and don’t censor the convo. None of the girls were wearing their name tags, go figure
