Dutch Bros Coffee

I want to start off by sharing a story.

The other day, I came to Dutch Bros absolutely hysterical. I was ugly crying in my car because my son has been in the hospital, and I was just completely overwhelmed with life. I didn’t even know how I was going to get through the day, I just needed coffee and a second to breathe.

The girl working the window (I didn’t catch her name, and I wish I had) noticed right away. My hand was resting on the window, and she gently put her hand on mine. She didn’t rush me. She didn’t make it awkward. She just spoke the kindest, most sincere words straight into my soul. I don’t even remember exactly what she said , something like, “We’re here for you,” or “It’s going to be okay.” But in that moment, it felt like everything.

It wasn’t just customer service. It was humanity.

That small act meant more than she will probably ever know. I will forever come to Dutch Bros because of that moment. Truly forever. This is my place now.

Every time I come here, they ask how I’m doing. They’re genuinely interested. They hype you up. They compliment you. They check in on you. They speak life into you. It’s not just coffee, it’s connection.

I would give more than five stars if I could, strictly because their customer service is that top-notch. Dutch Bros isn’t just a coffee stop, it’s a reminder that kindness still exists.

I visit Dutch Bros regularly, and I have to give a special shoutout to Amy. Every single time I come in, she is so bright, cheery, and sweet. Her positive energy is contagious and always makes my day better. Whether it's a busy morning or a quiet afternoon, Amy consistently provides exceptional service with a genuine smile. We went this evening and didn’t realize that it was within minutes of closing. We were given great attention and wonderful hospitality by the baristas.

I would highly recommend they had amazing and fast service I give this Dutch Bros 5 stars all around. The customer service is amazing friendly associates all around. The atmosphere is not bad at all you’ll catch yourself singing along to the music that they have around the building. The drinks are great they have multiple combinations you can choose from they work well enough to turn it into whatever you want whether it be coffee, hot chocolate, soda. It’s by far better than Starbucks in my opinion.HUGE shout outs to Adan & Samary for making my day !!!

Being a regular I’m used to having to wait in long lines! But on Thursday I came in early morning around 5:30 or so and saw Jania working alone. I’ve always been impressed with how fast the service is, but that day just felt like i was in and out! Now that’s quality service.

I wouldn’t suggest going here in the morning, especially if you have somewhere to be. They only ever have one person and man do they take a long time. Today I arrived at 6:25AM and didn’t get my drink until 6:45AM. The first time this happened, I waited 15 minutes. The drinks are fine but there are lots of other coffee options on 78 if you want speedy AND friendly service, not one or the other.
