Go in person, do not order by Delivery service. No regard of quality, very little meat, could take off the fat to increase the meat quantity. Dried chicken, of course, fries were the best part of the plate. Didn't bother with utensils and napkins. Hurt a business that's the way to do it??

Quality of the brisket was mediocre at best. Turkey and sausage were good tho. Sides are good as well. Service was serviceable. They didn't have any beer when I went which frankly is a sin and the main reason there's two stars instead of three. Prices match Black's and Cooper's, and those places have way better food. Overall, not impressed and I've definitely had better for similar prices.

You could feel the heat when ordering. I've worked in kitchens for years and I know that's not normal. Owner need to make it as comfortable as he can

Brisket was actually pretty good and clean, only one of the slices had a bit of fat in it , hope they keep making it like that, because we will definitely be coming back for brisket… cream of corn was delicious… not a fan of the chicken thou or mash potato… but i will definitely come back to taste their other meats.

The turkey was very good. But the portion for a side of brisket you get for that price um no. Plus the brisket was just salty,could not even finish it. The kids tenders were just greasy. And the potatoes salad was sour

The ribs were pretty much the most succulent and tender ribs I’ve had in recent memory and the meat peeled off effortlessly- it was incredibly tender and juicy!The chicken had a good flavor but was a little drier than the ribs. Nevertheless it was solid bbq and I can easily see myself buying this plate again.The mashed potatoes and green beans were great and definitely not a plain, afterthought of a side dish: they tasted made with care and had great body to them.I’m happy with my first experience with Grady’s and hope to come back!Edit: came back for the Turkey and tried their smoked Sausage as well - amazing! I love this BBQ!

I received my delivery order from Grady's BBQ, FM 78, on the 4th of July. A brisket plate with mashed potatoes and green beans.To my utter disappointment? the brisket was 90% fat. Grossed out I tried to ?cut it away, there was very little left for me to consume. I tend to be mindful of my menu items due to the health conditions that I manage. What a turn off? ?I felt ganked! I assigned to Stars because the potatoes and green beans were okay.Happy Birthday America..?
Pulled up in a big U-haul and they accommodated us well. Someone came out the back door and had us pull up to drive thru. Cashier was super friendly and patient with us. Quick to order and quick service. Great customer service!

Wayyyy overpriced for the portion sizes. I ordered the plate and left hungry still because the portion sizes are so tiny. Me and my friend paid over $30 for this and he got the same thing except chicken. Will not return here and don’t recommend to anyone.

Ordered ahead of time on the phone. When I arrived, I told them my name to pick up the order. I had to ask for my drink on the kids meal. When I checked through the food at home, the fish platters looks ok, except i asked for fried okra and they failed to tell me they didnt have any, but didn't hesitate to charge me extra for it. There was no tarter sauce at all. I ordered a chicken fried steak, and they had no gravy in the order. The chicken basket was suppose to come with a drink also and they didn't ask about that one either. I called the manager and all she did was credit the amount of the kids meal, but I still have no okra and a dry chicken fried steak.

Horrible ! Mashed potato were as though they were bottom of the pot, gave us no BBQ sauces, pig out includes a whole chicken, we got Brisket as a substitute and it was fatty as hell. The order was suppose to has a whole loaf of bread they gave us maybe a 1/3 of a loaf.

I went to the location on FM 78 in Converse, TX. The pulled pork was very greasy. I will never go back to this location. The one on Pam Am Expressway is a lot better.Update: I received an email stating that they would like for me to give them another chance. I responded back and still haven't received a response ?
