I am so glad this restaurant is in the mall. You can not beat what you get for the money. Huge potato, and you pic your toppings. You can create your own, but I went with one of the yummy pictures they had up. Nice people, good food, happy tummy. I cut it in half and magw two meals. Will be going back soon for a sweet potato creation.
First experience with eating a savory sweet potato! It was Delicious!! The sweet potato was sprinkled with brown sugar and cinnamon and had brisket with bacon, red onion, olives, pickles, green onion, and sour cream. As large as the potato was, I was actually able to finish it and I didn't feel weighed down!
