The cheese pizza is forever burnt idk how or why it's always the same!! Literally just take it out sooner I even called an asked for it to not be burnt an still the same!! I will be goin to kitty hawk location from now on.

I'm not the biggest fan of thier pizza but when time is running short it does the job and the value is definitely there. Never seem to have to wait long at this location and staff is always friendly
It is a matter of chance whether the order is correct or not. The first time I used the app to order pepperoni puffs, I received cheese puffs instead, and they were cold. The most recent time I used the app to order a supreme pizza with stuffed crust a few days ago, it was possibly the best pizza I have ever had from Little Caesars. I must say that the employees are always excellent.
Ordered a deep dish with sausage, ham, and extra cheese. Received a deep dish with regular cheese, sausage, and mushrooms. I’m not sure how you mix up mushrooms and ham, but when I called to let them know they told me I could drive the pizza all the way back up there so they could confirm it was wrong and make a new one. I don’t know about you, but I’m not driving 15 minutes to a store, waiting another 15 minutes for my pizza to be made correctly, and then driving 15 minutes home all while I have a hungry wife and kid at home. This was my second time ordering here and it will absolutely be my last. The dominoes right up the road is a much better experience.

Waited in the driver through for 30 minutes before I just left. There was only 1 car in front of us. No idea if they ever got there food.
This used to be my my favorite pizza place to go because of the cleanliness and attentiveness of the staff but reasently the new staff are not taking pride. I came in one day and a new member came in and she went straight to the assembly line with out washing her hands and the staff was as just carrying on loud with out paying attention to the job my pizza was terrible the dough was over fermented and the pizza was dry and hard and I was very disappointed and decided not to go to that place anymore
