Usually Little Cesars has been good but these last visits, my pizza makes me sad. I was waiting in the car line told fresh cheese bread would be put in for me. If I could wait out front for 5 min. Not only did they forget about me, but i went inside finally 🤧. They handed me a box. I opened and was so sad to see hard cold cardboard plastic bubbles all over my pizza. You get what you pay for. Never again 😒

I had about experience at another Little Caesars and this Little Caesars definitely makes up for it granted it is out of my way but I will gladly drive to get the good service. This Little Caesars is by far definitely the best in the area. I love this location they're clean they're friendly they're fast and they're punctual with their orders. If you're unsure if you should go to this location the answer is yes go you will not Regret it
As of 7-28-25, the management dajour, chris, and starr they are good but the rest of the managament needs work. My order very seldom changes to prevent errors, yet i keep missing garlicparm on my crust or pizza. Extensive amt of sauce i ask for lite sauce. And pay for garlic parm my crust is dry, then when i mention it to mthe management there- she hands me 10 parmesan packets. To me thats just trying to shut me up. Not to mention i said the girl who helped me was rude and not friendly, which is NOT THE FIRST TIME with this girl. Be decent say thank you have a good day. We dont have to be best friends. For me spending anywhere between $160-$240 a month on pizza i just ask for some courtesy.

Ordered pizza by phone thinking it was going to be faster the set 15-20 minutes for pickup let them know I was their 40 minutes later still no pizza people getting their orders had to call they couldn't even find my order then they said I needed to drive around I already let them know I was there bad service bad communication waited 40 minutes for Pizza to Go ridiculous no apologies no discounts
I will not be returning to this establishment again. I ordered four large pizzas and two 2L Pepsi’s through the website for delivery. I received only 2 pizzas. I called Little Caesars and a man confirmed that I still had 2 pizzas and both drinks at the counter. I told him I needed the rest of the food delivered and he responded that I either call the corporate number and get a refund or to send the delivery guy (I assume a little Caesars uses DoorDash) back to pick up the rest of my order. It was up to me to resolve their mishap. Since the DoorDasher doesn’t speak English, we weren’t able to communicate well. He did indicate that he would go back for the items left behind, but he never returned with them. Since I ordered through the website, I’m unable to alter the tip I left for delivery.
This establishment has the responsibility to ensure that the food is together and ready to go. It should be on them to correct the mistake that was made. They handled this situation very unprofessionally.
